When I showed up, she had canceled my appointment slightly earlier that day (I did not see the text before I got there) not because she was sick or had an emergency, but because she was working with a different client. She had miscalculated how long her earlier client would take so she canceled my appointment. I have never had this happen before. Do not go here if you have darker hair. Stylist was nice but had no idea what she was doing with darker hair. I asked for balayage and instead got highlights/streaks with random black spots all over my hair. Not blended right at all. My hair was already blonde I just needed a touch up but ended up with something worse. It took me a while to write a review because I honestly wanted to like it but I just can't. read more
