I get my controlled substance medication through tele-health, which cannot be transferred, so I have no choice but rely on whenever they feel like answering the phone which is NEVER. I have logged several hours between yesterday and today waiting to get my medication, each time I was either disconnected or had waited too long and had to hang up to tend to other things in my life... When you call they initially connect you to a call center with a "pharmacy tech" to appease you I suppose, then you will be sent to the 7th circle of Muzak call hold for up to half an hour where you will then be disconnected. Has happened sooner in the multiple times I've called in the past couple days in the vain attempt to get my prescription refilled (again, it's tele-health so they don't get auto-filled, I have to call and go through this absolute nonsense) This is a years long pattern with no indication of changing, I will definitely be switching pharmacies.
