He kept in regular contact with us while the materials were ordered. His crew arrived each day on time and worked long hours to get the job done. At the end of each day they cleaned up everything so there was no mess left behind. The crew that installed the new staircase was meticulous and paid attention to every detail. Never received an estimate even after contacting them multiple times via phone and email. Even spoke with them, and kept saying their system wasn't working. Would text estimate next day etc. Used two different numbers. I suppose they may be good, but I'll never know. IF they dont want to do the work they should at least be honest about it and not hide.

The Quote from Rachel's was a little lower than other quotes we got, but since we didn't have them do the work I can't comment on the quality of the work. Initial Review: Communication wasn't great. We ended up going a different way although these folks were a little less expensive than some other quotes. I'd consider using them in the future if timeliness wasn't a concern.
