The communication could be better. I'm told they have a new system for appointments. When they did come they seemed efficient- 3 person crew. They were friendly. I can't really climb on the roof so I guess I can take their warranty and word the job was done right. In sum I think the communication could be better. They provided me with price quotes for different gutter sizes and guard prices so I was able to pick the option that best fit our budget. I went with a brown tinted gutter so it had to be ordered.
