I offered to pay for them to come back and repair. They would not acknowledge my calls or pictures I sent them. Totally would not address the problem. I was referred to AGF Marble and Granite and they could not be more helpful and gracious. They sent someone right away and fixed the seam which was not easy because it wasn't very tight. Also they suspected not enough glue was used during original installation. Next project I know where I'm going.

While their selection isn't as extensive as the big-box home improvement stores, they more than make up for it with outstanding customer service and convenience. Over the years, we've purchased paint (they do an excellent job matching colors--just bring in a sample), propane refills, flowers, garden supplies, hardware, and even our Weber gas grill, which they assembled and delivered. It's rare that I can't find what I need, and when I do need assistance, someone is always nearby to help. They also have several convenient locations in the area, with ample parking at each. If you value knowledgeable employees and personal service over wandering the aisles of a warehouse-sized store, Koopman's is an excellent choice.

What is interesting is that they knew we were putting the stone down first and we discussed how the piles would be separated. From soil, plants, winter items, and even wood pellets during the cold seasons. Many don't know but they also program keys that is so much cheaper than going to the dealer. We've got a few keys programmed and cut at Jerry's and never had any issues. They also do roadside key services. Parking looks scarce when you visit but I've just learned today that you can also park right over at Occonor's restaurant parking lot. They have a small sign posted. Cheers

I'm having trouble with a Lowe's door installation. The lock was not set up correctly, and the…read moreinstaller told me I had to "push the door" to get the lock bolt to engage. However, I have a similar lock on my back door, so I know how it's supposed to work--like any door lock! I was in the middle of re-seating the strike plate, which they had installed too far to the left, when I noticed that the face plate plate was not screwed in. They left it unscrewed on the door edge. Now I have to obtain the lock company's manual to see which screws I need to order to have a complete lock. I'm hoping Lowe's will pay for that. I don't want those installers back here. I'll do it myself. The rest of the installation looks good, but this glitch is making me question what else might have been done incorrectly.

This review is specifically for Caleb who works in Cabinets and Countertops and was the most professional, knowledgeable and helpful associate I've ever dealt with. He's well spoken, patient and talked us through ordering new cabinets and a countertop for a kitchen remodel in the most efficient way possible, showing us layouts and renderings throughout the process in real time. James at the customer service desk was also a pleasure to deal with. (The older gentleman that works in appliances is the exact opposite however.) I hope the delivery and installation at least approximate the level of service I've received so far.
