I have no other tattoos and I'm a very cautious type. But I could see from reviews and her portfolio that Tanya did beautiful work. I was tired of drawing on my brows every day. It only took a few minutes, but those are precious in a rushed morning routine. It was time and mental focus I could've spent on something else. The money spent was so worth it. Now my brows are perfect, 100 percent of the time. I don't have to think about them, except to protect them from bleaching agents. I recently went back to Tanya for a color boost (touch-up), right on time after 3 years. I probably could've gone longer, but I decided to go while the shape was still well-defined. My powder brows are soft and natural-looking. The shape is perfect and the color is a great match for my coloring. Tanya is an artist. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. 100 percent worth it!

Lash lift (45 minutes): she recommended that I come back after 5 weeks and that I would be able to get them wet immediately! European facial (90 minutes): very relaxing, involved steaming and extractions, and my skin literally looked so good for my trip and didn't break out. I typically get a spot or two from traveling (especially since I went to three different places), but this didn't happen at all. My regular facialist (who I unfortunately couldn't squeeze an appointment in with in time) even said that he could tell I went to someone in between our sessions... oops! Eyebrow wax (15 minutes): super quick and shaped my eyebrows very well. I already have thick eyebrows and my stragglers are quite evident! Judy cleaned them up in under 15 minutes. The ambiance inside is very relaxing and K2 Beauty is definitely good at each of the treatments they offer! I'm happy with the results of each of the ones I booked. I'm happy with the results of this place- it can be a bit difficult to find since it's inside a larger complex, so give yourself a bit of time beforehand (maybe 5-10 minutes or so) to arrive early to find the spa itself.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a 1-star review based on my recent experience…read more I booked "The Works" Custom Facial, which is advertised as a 1 hour and 30 minute service for $140 and includes a double cleanse, exfoliation/dermaplaning if needed, extractions, masks, face massage, cold therapy, serums, moisturizers, and SPF. My appointment started at 3:00 PM, but the facial was finished around 3:50 PM. I asked my esthetician, Serena, why the service ended so early because I was expecting the full 90-minute experience. I was told that the service is based on what your skin needs rather than the scheduled time, and that I did not require many extractions. While I understand that every facial should be customized to the client's skin and that I did receive the LED light treatment, I was disappointed that the service ended after about 50 minutes when I had booked and paid for a facial advertised as 1 hour and 30 minutes. I did not receive a mask, and the facial massage felt extremely minimal. In my experience at other spas, when extractions or corrective treatments are not needed, the esthetician typically uses that time for a longer facial massage, additional mask time, scalp massage, hand and arm massage, neck and shoulder massage, or other relaxing treatments so that the appointment still feels complete and the client leaves feeling cared for and pampered. Instead, I left feeling as though I received less because I take good care of my skin. What was most frustrating was paying the full $140 price, plus a 15% tip, while receiving a significantly shortened service. Had I known that the appointment could be reduced by nearly 40 minutes depending on my skin condition, I would have appreciated that being clearly communicated before booking. Advice: If you have acne, congestion, or significant extraction needs, this service may be a good value for you. However, if you maintain your skin regularly and are looking for a relaxing 90-minute facial, self-care experience, or glow-up refresh, I would strongly recommend asking exactly what is included and how long your treatment is likely to last before booking or just go somewhere else. I left feeling disappointed, misled by the advertised appointment length, and feeling that I did not receive the full experience that was represented for the price.

Not only did it hurt like a mofo cuz she cut me too deep even though I was bleeding profusely but the results were below expectations considering her highly rated reviews. I was left w/ uneven areas and patchy areas. Melody was meticulous in both her prep and after care instructions that made me feel good about going into our session. She assured me that my prior experience was out of the norm and worked to make corrections to even out my brows. I also didn't feel the traumatic slicing pain like I did w/ the other artist nor was I excessively bleeding everywhere. She's also easy to chat w/ which made me feel at ease. Loved my results right after which will continue to heal but they look so much better already.

Also, the spa products that Joy used on my skin smells so fresh and the ingredients are most likely better than the over the counter products that I purchase.
