Last time I went I was completely frustrated cause we're back to BS. I got their highest priced Pedi and eyebrow wax and with tip laid down $150. I had to turn around and walk back inside because once in the sunlight it looked like I had blue blobs through my polish.... where they didn't paint an even layer. This time I was hesitant to go back.. my high dollar pedi wasn't relaxing at all... as the woman kept digging out non existent ingrown nails... ( which ended up in me getting one cause she cut so far into the sides.) I had to keep telling her she was hurting me. Like she couldn't tell from my hissing and pulling away. But surely it's not gonna be that bad right? I needed my nails done because they were too long. But i'm gonna be getting them done in a few weeks with my Mom so I didn't want anything to fancy. So I went with the $70 Pedi. I just wanted to relax. Impossible. This woman literally had me stick my free in freezing cold water then turned on all hot and I kept telling her it was getting too hot and she would say " That ok." I had to pull my feet out. My feet were soaking less then 3 minutes when she had me pull out the first foot and started cutting the skin on the side of my nail bed. 3 times hissing and pulling away and she just kept saying sorry ( yes a different woman then last time). She got frustrated and put down the snippers and took a nail file and proceeded to file the skin around my toenail. Again till I had to pull away. She had around my nails raw. When I stuck my foot back into the water it felt like I was sticking my foot into alcohol! If she didn't say sorry 50 times, she didn't say it once. I told her, don't be sorry, be gentle! She rushed the entire pedi after that. None of it was enjoyable or relaxing. I could not wait to leave. She paints my nails, gets up without a word and is gone 30 minutes. A nail tech comes over and tells me my nails are dry I can go up and pay. I said, " No ma'am, I need another coat and top coat. You can literally see my nail through the paint in places." She looks and is talking to herself.. and pointing to all the spots I was talking about. My tech magically appears. And argues until the tech says, it's fine i'll paint them. She paints right over the mess I already had. Gives me the job pictured and said, " You happy now?" I deadpan her. Because lady you and I know that still a hot mess. Yaw had enough chances. I wonder if it's under new owners cause the last ones made sure to come around and make sure you were enjoying yourself. I won't be back.

Within a couple days it looks like it's been several weeks since I've had my nails done and fingernails just look horrible. Toes looked great and I felt she did a great job. Only prob was one week after getting my toes done four nails the color has completely come off (come off peeled in one solid sheet). My fingernails you can tell the acrylic is not glued to my real nails. So sad and a waste of money. For reference I'm a stay at home mom and don't do anything to cause damage besides typical stuff.

She was very deliberate and thorough with my cut. She also helped me decide what to do with my hair since I didn't have time to find pics due to how fast they got me in. I'm really happy with the outcome and will be back! Once it was finally my turn, the technician rushed me to the chair and was visibly impatient from the start. I asked politely if she could file my nails instead of cutting them, explaining that while my thumb nail was shorter, I preferred to keep the others at their current length. She started muttering under her breath, which I found upsetting and unprofessional. During the service, she cut me twice while trimming my cuticles, and when I tried to explain how I like my nails shaped square, but mindful that they grow out wider I attempted to show her a photo for reference. She became visibly frustrated and started speaking loudly to a coworker in another language, which made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. Things escalated when she began pointing and raising her voice, drawing attention from others in the salon. The manager stepped in and offered to complete the service, but by that point, I felt humiliated and too upset to continue. This was supposed to be a relaxing experience, but instead, it turned into one of the worst salon visits I've had. Basic courtesy and respectful communication were completely lacking. I will not be returning.
