It cost me $1300 in parts: 3 pumps(one he burnt out a brand new one hooking it up) a board that cost me $600 and took All The functions away on my spa(don't think the issue was a bad board) he said the new board would fix it all. It Didn't work. Now the only pump that did work before I hired him don't work anymore and a new one that does work, after a week of using the spa a main jet, the large low jet suddenly started to spray water so hard to knock my 9 year old son off his feet! Thank god he didn't hit his head and drown!! When I called him he told he said "I should have bought an smaller pump" But this is the pump he sent the link for me to buy as a direct replacement! So now the pump sprays water so hard to sprays out of the tub like a fire hydrant. So After two months one pump of the 3 he replaced works like massive drain! The board don't work proper no heat, no filter will run unless you manually turn it one a few times a day and it's so weak it don't draw anything in. And of course He now won't return my calls or text. He has left my spa with it's panels off leaning against it. All the trim off and rain water leaks into all my new parts. I had to hire a new person to fix all his issues. Beware.

The skimmer basket was filled with old leaves. They did not vacuum the pool when they came this week (I know, because the hat I dropped in the pool on Sunday was still there on Wednesday. No "we will do better", no excuses, they must have known it was a problem. They scarred the grab tiles with their poles, and the pool looks worse and worse every month, lots more yellow mold, and more grey on the bottom. Now, I am not so sure I actually needed a new salt board. I cut checks twice a month, and they must be really short on cash flow, as this seems to be a problem for them. I am sorry to say they are not very professional, and apparently strapped for cash flow.

We subsequently learned that our chemicals weren't being checked, our filter basket wasn't getting emptied and our equipment wasn't monitored with any regularity. Very thankful I came across National Pool Service on Norton avenue in West Palm Beach. The customer service from Mike and Sam was TOP NOTCH !! I dropped off my burned up motor and half the pump. I said, the heater has a code, I just need to see what the cost will be if any to have a tech come out and estimate. She kept cutting me off to say the techs are gone at 3pm everyday. And I cant help you with ANYTHING, I AM THE BOOKKEEPER.. She seemed like she may be sweet, but definitely should not be answering calls.. I called a different company, they set up coming out tomorrow with NO actual fee to estimate, they just charge $50 and apply to the repair. That is all I needed to know from this place and i would have been fine.. but "I AM JUST THE BOOKEEPER" was hard to take.. I got even luckier as Stephen the owner picked up my phone call diagnosed the problem and fit me in at the end of his busy days to come fix it (pump's motor was shot.) He was at the warehouse when I called so he was able to get the new motor and a new timer ours hadn't been working for awhile. I had been stressing about the pool for more than a week as it wasn't running and turning green. He came out fixed the motor the timer and the flow switch which was also bad. He then gave me an education on the proper use of my pool and spa. Lastly he checked chemicals and fixed what I was missing. He is a small business that not only does what he says he is going to do but goes above and beyond.
