After delivery, South East Spas called to ensure everything was satisfactory and they offered a contact for any questions we might have. Wrong parts, months long delays, excessive and repeated no call, no shows for pre set appointments for repairs. Last technician in February '26 actually cracked the Master Blaster jet casing causing a leak! We are now stuck with a brand new, totally unusable spa. Forced to waste more time now to file complaints with the the Better Business Bureau, the FL State Attorney General/Consumer Protection Agency and the FTC. Warranty is useless when SouthEast spas doesn't have the will nor means to support the terms and conditions of the contract.
