Pool did have a few algae spots on grout. While I was out of town they allowed algae to take over pool. I communicated with them via text on July 6th and informed them pool was green and algae was everywhere. Pool was to be serviced every Friday. He replied that they will be there tomorrow and would let me know what if anything was wrong after visit.I specifically asked him to check salt cell and let me know if it had gone bad. Never heard from them. So I assumed everything was ok. I was once again informed by family member that the pool was green on July 22 and immediately reached out. Was once again told they would check everything and let me know asap. Once again no reply at all. Returned home on July 28th to a pool completely cloudy and full of algae. I immediately check salt cell reading and could clearly see it had gone bad and was not generating chlorine. As I went to grab my pool brush and pole I found that my pole and brush were not there and in their place was a bent pole and broken brush on the ground. I texted him the following: "So just got home. I found that my pool brush and pole have been removed and an all bent up pole and broken brush left in its place. SMH" His reply: "I don't understand what you mean and if you are accusing us of something I assume you have evidence that" Only time they contacted me was for payment and payment reminder. All of the crews that worked for us were polite, friendly and very patient of our many questions. The "Pool School" at the end of the process was a nice touch. I have a much better understanding of all the new equipment. Finn's was not the cheapest estimate-they were all pretty close- but it was $14,200 well spent. We will definitely call them again. Here's…read moremy story of a total disaster: 1) called Malibu for hot tub repair and they come out and replace a pool motor along with noticing another motor needs service. I approve and they take away for repair. 2) they come back with serviced motor and replace but state I need another part replaced and they will order and be back. 3) I called a couple a couple of times asking why they have not been back? Will be out this week is the response. 4) Skip and his buddy come out and ask what do I need. I reminded them that they were to order a part and replace the damaged part. They stated they would order and be out in about a week. 5) Skip and buddy come out with a part look over the original part and new ordered part and Skips buddy tells me its not the same but it will work if they rework the part. I state no I would like the same part and not a reworked Part. Ok, they will reorder. 6)replace the part and start the hot tub out and its leaking. They go ahead and fix and tell me its good to go. 7) Hot tub after a couple of days starts leaking again and the controls are not working (I think they mis-wired the controls. 8) I have called 3 times in the last 3 weeks and no response. I will try again tomorrow but I'm guessing after paying Malibu spa over $400.00 dollars I have to eat it and get someone reputable. Very thankful I came across National Pool Service on Norton avenue in West Palm Beach. The customer service from Mike and Sam was TOP NOTCH !! I dropped off my burned up motor and half the pump. They had all the needed parts in stock at very competitive prices. Their pump tech replaced the motor, pump shaft seal, and body in no time flat. Sam even gave me a little zip lock bag of o-ring grease when I couldn't remember if I had any at the house. I highly recommend them for any of your pool service needs.

I said, the heater has a code, I just need to see what the cost will be if any to have a tech come out and estimate. She kept cutting me off to say the techs are gone at 3pm everyday. And I cant help you with ANYTHING, I AM THE BOOKKEEPER.. She seemed like she may be sweet, but definitely should not be answering calls.. I called a different company, they set up coming out tomorrow with NO actual fee to estimate, they just charge $50 and apply to the repair. That is all I needed to know from this place and i would have been fine.. but "I AM JUST THE BOOKEEPER" was hard to take.. A answering machine would have been better..just to confirm, nothing bad happened with this company at all, just frustrated with the way they are gone at 3 and the person who answers the phone has NO info..
