When I got home, they were closed. I never received a call or emailed explaining anything to me re: not meeting the delivery timeline. On Saturday, I get a delivery notice that the arrangement had been delivered. How? My husband's office is closed on the weekend, and we are both at home waiting on the OSU vs Michigan game to start. So, I look at the details of the email. I called the store and said, how can you delivery something a day late and not ask me if that would be okay? My husband's office is 30 minutes away from where we live. Just cancel it. She said, she couldn't, but offered to refund me the $10 for the delivery fee. Huh? Who does that? I said, ma'am, it wasn't delivered to him??? So, I got dressed, drove 30 mins each way, and guess what, it was gone. Now, I am in the process of requesting a refund through Paypal. Stay away from Edible Arrangements in Stow. They need some major re-training on customer service.
