We live in an historic home and Jeff and his crew have painted the exterior and interior of every surface at this point. This has included painting new construction, as well as detailed work on the older sections including stripping siding down to the wood, reglazing windows, repainting historic shutters and rehanging with historically accurate hinges, etc. The crew is considerate that it is your home and everything is left clean. He is the only painter I have ever used since I found him because he pays so much attention to the quality of the whole job, especially proper prep. Before Jeff, I had dealt with a lot of painters who didn't show, cut corners in prep, left a mess, or didn't accurately estimate a job. Jeff's business is well run and he takes great pride in his work and it shows!!

We had Prestige build a deck and fence when we lived in Stafford so when we moved two years later…read moreback to Spotsylvania we hired them again to add a small deck, 6x4, and a vinyl fence. The deck has failed miserably! After 11years, the pressure treated wood has rotted, it is not safe. We are just waiting for our building permit and the stairs and deck will be replaced, but not Prestige! The actually offered nothing as far as a warranty or even a break on a rebuild! I was told by Alex, if they replaced the failure of the installations they have done, the company would go bankrupt! Now, not all the decks and other structures they have done have failed as horribly as ours. They did offer me an estimate to do a new deck, my answer was no even though they cheaper than the company we are using! Alex also told me it was not his companies fault but the government because the arsenic was removed from pressure treated wood. H e did fail mention that the grade of wood that was used was not not premium wood. They used cheaper wood but still charge for a superior product, that is the only explanation for such a horrible failure. They should have offered to replace the structure at their cost if they cared at all about customer service. And no, we didn't count on it the replacement being paid for, we are completely prepared to cover the cost!

About…read morea year later we let them know about some warranty things we wanted updated and it has taken another year to get to most of them. Unfortunately the company is experiencing a ton of turn over and I have actually heard from other clients they are just as frustrated as we are. Every time Dannex comes back to fix things they ruin something else and the last straw for us was that they are denying responsibility for a leak in the foundation of the addition they installed. My review update to this negative stance was recently removed off yelp. It was brought to my attention by another client who is having problems and asked me if I was able to find any resolution. Thankfully my husband is in construction and in order to end this headache we are having Dannex fix some bad tiling work and we will tackle the basement ourselves. Overall, there are other companies I would have rather spent $180,000 with.

He arrived on time to our first appointment and listened to every part of the project. Leo then provided an accurate and easy to understand quote by his deadline. When the work began his crew arrived on time and Leo was there to introduce me to his team. He walked through and confirmed details with the onsite project manager. During the week, the project went really smooth. His project manager would let me know the progress of the project each day. They were open to our questions and adjustments. They also offered their opinions on where we should place or move lights, which paint to use, etc. Not only did Leo and his team finish the job on time, they did an excellent job.
