Following my officiating of my grandmas funeral, the employee was holding the door open ready Herd cattle out of their tears and comfort into the lobby. Every time another family member passed an aisle, the hard hearing misplaced gentleman in an oversized suit hard of hearing was certainly there to (I kid you not) "prepare for the next service" as I'm balling in tears with a Bible full of notes commemorating my grandma, still in hand. I am absolutely disgusted and appalled at the caliber of service and respect delivered. Scott's funeral home was historically a place in BRAZORIA county to be proud of receiving a love one and a trustworthy funeral home. I cannot be clear enough In saying DO NOT USE SCOTTS. SCOTTS FUNERAL HOME SINGLY HANDEDLY PROVIDED THE MOST RUSHED UNCOMFORTABLE AWKWARD AND DISTURBING EXPERIENCE EVER. They were patient with me although I was confused heartbroken and indecisive they are compassionate, thorough, and truly listen and hear their clients when we tell them what we want and need. the second first spoke with Ashley, Paul,and Mark, I knew I made the right choice and I trusted them with my baby. One decision I was confident I wouldn't regret. During the funeral, they kept everything organized and were graceful and professional even when their patience was tested. They also performed a funeral for a friend who was killed in 2011 and it was one of the largest funerals and visitations I have ever been to. I believe the guest book was over 900 for visitation. They did an excellent job coordinating the fireman and getting him buried in a different county.
