Dr Maloney is smart, skilled, informative, quick witted and so very talented! The staff made me feel like family and never made me feel anything other than welcomed, I had a concern once and they had me back in the office within an hour! I had a Deep Plain Facelift Oct of '25, I was awake talking to Dr M and his staff throughout the surgery. I had no pain and after the surgery was completed I sat up and walked to the bathroom feeling great! My recovery and pain was nothing compared to friends of mine who went with other surgeons. We have some dementia and heart issue history in my family and I was delighted to hear I would not be under general anesthesia. My double chin is gone and my cheeks are like a young woman again! When I asked about a revision, Dr. Maloney stated I was not a good candidate, because of the quality of my skin. Why would a Doctor even do the surgery int he first place? I also had upper and lower eyelid surgery, (photo below); On the 7th day after surgery,, I woke up to puss and swelling (picture below). This was on a Friday, only be told it's normal wait until Monday. What surgeon, if told their patient had a drastic change with swelling, redness and puss, says several times throughout the day, it's normal just wait until Monday! I now have very visible upper and lower scars since the stitches by Monday were 'stuck' in my eyes. Again, no care for his patient who was obviously reaching out for help. read more

I am not happy with my results. I was never told I have visceral fat at my any of my appointments before my lipo. I sent pictures for a price quote before my initial appointment and was quoted 8k, then at my initial appointment it was 8,750. I should have seen the red flags then. They also charged me for the clinic fees, the price break down on my sheet was more than what they actually paid the surgical center. I feel cheated because I showed pictures off their website of the same woman who was close to my size and what her results were. Dr Maloney said those were achievable. Never said anything other than lipo would be needed. There is no difference in my before and after pictures. I feel like I was lied to and stolen from. Black is before and red is after. read more

When I see myself in the mirror I am deeply satisfied. The makeup is a pleasure to put on, I have eyelids! I also want to mention not only the the "physical" end result, but the emotional and self esteem component to this. I had thought about this for several years, knowing I was showing my "age" but wondering about the "vanity" of it all, I can say I have NO regrets and would do it again in a heart beat. Amazing staff, extremely thorough and knowledgeable! They followed CDC guidelines during this pandemic and it was a requirement for patients to do the same. The entire staff could answer your questions or concerns via email, Text or phone call. Dr Maloney office has definitely embraced technology and there were no delays in communication regardless of the form I chose to communicate with. The consultation was excellent. Dr Maloney have all details that had my questions answered before I could even answer them. It did feel a bit quick but that's because he was great at delivering expectation, the process and picking your choice of measurements. The office gave an accurate estimate, did covid testing and did all the scheduling. A week before surgery they reviewed discharge instructions line by line along with instructions to follow day before your surgery. It was truly amazing! Surgery center contacted you as well and you set up profile and filled out paperwork ahead for time. When you got to the surgery center, they were clean and thorough. Each rep was personable and went through paperwork line by line. Got ready in my cap and gown and was ready for graduation haha. It truly was amazing all around. The nursing staff, anesthesiologists check in staff and Dr Maloney were prompt, caring and helpful. Eased any anxiety and got the show on the road with humor! It was terrific! Getting a face lift is a big issue and finding the right doctor is the most important part of the equation. Dr Maloney has done an astonishing job on my 65 year old face, completely getting rid of my horrendous jowls and all those chins (yes, kybella worked a bit but left some disgusting vertical lines in my neck). I had some fat inserted (comes from the abs) to avoid all those expensive fillers over the lips and in the labial folds. I'm only 5 weeks out but already look nearly 20 years younger. Let me first start by saying I never write reviews. However, my experience with Dr. Maloney and his entire staff left me wanting to tell the world how incredible my experience was. First a little history on my situation, I am 50 years old and I had significant eye bags and have wanted to get this procedure done for many years. I had some serious hesitation for good reason. My twin sister had this procedure done by a Board Certified surgeon about ten years ago. She endured just about every complication you can have. Ectropion, severe dry eye, abnormal eye shape and even ten years later, the inability to close her eyes entirely. She went through multiple surgeries and to this day is still suffering. I felt foolish even considering this procedure for myself, but I was so self conscious of my eye bags and it was impacting my life significantly. I contemplated having this procedure done and researched every bit of information I could find and everything about every doctor in my area for more than two years. My research always led me back to Dr. Maloney. I finally mustered up the courage to schedule a consultation. Dr. Maloney met with me and took a lot of time with me discussing my options and showing me before and after pictures. He is a very likeable and down to earth man. He did not promise me that I would not experience any issues but reassured me that if I did have any issues they would be addressed and resolved. He made me feel so comfortable that I decided to move forward with the surgery. Every single person I came in contact with at Dr. Maloney's office was so caring, comforting and professional to say the very least. I was a little nervous to know that I would be awake during the procedure but also relieved that I wasn't going to be put under general anesthesia. Susan is Dr. Maloney's assistant and from the first moment was so kind and nurturing. These two are an incredible team and they made me feel so comfortable. They do this every day and still found a way to drum up great conversation and I sailed right through it. It has now been two weeks and I just got the stitches out this morning. Good-Luck. I am extremely upset. I originally got a 500cc all of this occurred in 2018 and first time I paid more than $5000.00. I wanted my boobs to look enhanced but to my surprise it was not. I decided to give it another try and have a second surgery same surgeon, now I have a size 770cc when Dr. Maloney could have mentioned that I could have just selected the 800cc gummy bears since according to Dr. Maloney there was no difference, why did Dr. Maloney give me what I wanted and instead he told me a 770cc is the same as a 800cc. Dr. Maloney made the decisions for me and not me. You cannot make a decision just by having a handsome doctor, one thing has nothing to do with another. I now paid a total of more than $10,300.00 or more for my implants. I called and spoke with Margaret on Tuesday, June 26, 2019 she is in accounting and when I mentioned I was willing to go with saline as long as I honestly get what I want. Margaret told me I would have to pay an additional $7,000.00, I should have learned a lesson and I failed me. Imagine paying all this money to the same surgeon and still not getting what you originally expected. When you go to the first consultation, Dr. Maloney starts off with a small implant and since I was so new to this, I agreed to go with the size he choose the first implant and did the same when I was unhappy with his work, even when I mentioned the size of breasts I wanted, so two surgeries later and look at me, I am not satisfied with his procedure. I had faith in Dr. Maloney in spite of what I wanted and putting my faith in him, he seriously failed me. Dr. Maloney is the one to make you return to his office and pay more money for what you originally wanted and its still wrong!! if you want to enhance your breast even when you are vulnerable like I was, it is best if you do not go with the first surgeon like I did, it is so disheartening when you trust and follow your guts and look spending more money for no reason at all, I can understand a ruptured implant but this was not the case. Unreal, If I originally mentioned how I wanted my breast to look like than why was my desires ignored. Dr. Maloney knows what he is doing, however, he does it in a way to get you to return to his office to schedule a second surgery. Seriously all I needed was the first surgery and not two, or three, now I am researching and looking to do a third surgery because of him (Dr. Maloney), just not with him. I am so disappointed in Dr. Maloney. Now I can understand how he makes a lot of money for his practice by having the patients return and that's when you can tell weather or not you are happy with your breast like I was suckered to do, I did not get a credit at all. Money does not grow on trees at all, by avoiding what his customer/patient wants For an experienced surgeon to do my surgery. Do not get sucked out of selecting small breast implant, the gummy bear also known as cohesive gel implant only goes up to an 800cc which he should have given me the 800cc instead he said you do not need it, hello who is paying Dr. Maloney or me? I am so upset that I went ahead and selected Dr. Maloney to perform my sergeries, It went with my head and not my heart. My advise is please please think real clear on what you want, go to you tube and look at different sizes. Consultations are free, I laugh because free consultations are always free there is no charge at all become aware and seek other breast surgeons that way you can receive more than one consultation and you can have options. this is why they say it is good that you had and will make an informative decision. When I was having consultations in town for a facelift, Dr. Maloney and his staff won hands down. His staff was accommodating and Dr. Maloney was so helpful during this consultation. When I found out that I would not have to go under anesthesia during the surgery, I was sold. The staff booked my appointment quickly and I went in within the next couple of weeks. When I went in for the appointment, of course, I was nervous but the nurse explained everything and Dr. Maloney kept the procedure pain free and even asked if I wanted to know what was going on...of course, I didn't. He kept me entertained for the 4 hours the procedure took and again, no pain! But most importantly, how was it after the surgery? I saw the staff the next morning to check if I was okay and then again the following day. Also, I had Dr. Maloney's cell phone number and he was there for any questions. Jump ahead 2 weeks later, I look great, have just a bit of swelling but feel great! If you are even thinking about a facelift or any other procedure and you don't see Dr. Maloney, you are cheating yourself from the best. I normally do not feel the need to review businesses. However, my experience with the office staff, nurses, and Dr. Maloney was PHENOMENAL. I had a breast augmentation 4 days ago and I felt very comfortable and welcomed from the second I entered the building. There was no more than a 5 minute wait time for each appointment I have had (consultation, pre-op, and post-op.) The nurses are personable and very sweet, they made me feel comfortable and it was never awkward. Dr. Maloney answered every single one of my questions during the consultation, he didn't make me feel rushed, he was very reasonable about my options, and I never felt any pressure to make an appointment. The office staff texted me every week to remind me of my appointments and scheduled dates for surgery. The surgery was BEYOND my expectations! Before surgery I talked to every single person involved in my surgery, they all came in and introduced themselves and told me what their role would be and I felt very comfortable with my body in their hands. We were so disappointed in the otoplasty job Dr. Maloney performed on our young boy. He claimed the procedure was simply taking out cartilage from the back of his ear and sewing them closer to his head. He sounded so confident stating "this is my artwork walking around". Well, the result was horrific. My boy's ears were folded back so unnaturally and were completely asymmetrical. He's been embarrassed every day for the last two years, not to mention the horrible memories of the actual surgery. Dr. Maloney did agree they didn't look right and offered to fix them by "pulling" and "tugging" at certain areas to make them look better, but I am so happy we didn't listen. After several second opinions, we found a surgeon in New York that was able to help repair my boy's ears and bring back his confidence. Beware people and do your research. read more
