maman is really pretty, but sometimes style has no substance. When i went up to order, the cashier was on his phone texting. As he was talking to me, he kept typing and looking back at his phone. Not a great first impression of the service, but the food runners were very sweet! I ordered the coconut water matcha and it was really delicious. Slightly sweet, matcha was smooth, and the perfect amount of ice. I also ordered the quiche sofia which has leeks. It took about ~15 minutes to come out. I was hoping that it was because they were warming it up, but when it arrived it had an awful mix of warm and cold spots. Kind of like when you microwave something and it doesn't heat all the way through. It tasted great, but for the amount of time I waited for it, I expected it to at least be warmed through. I'm a huge fan of Martha Stewart, and I would've been interested to return to try her collab menu items but it feels as if in this location, not everyone cares about providing great service. Luckily for me, Wynwood has a ton of other of cafés so I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything if I don't return. read more

What a delightful place! Beautiful ambiance! It seems like they sponsor Martha Stewart if I'm not mistaken. The place is really very beautiful and floral hanging decor surrounding some parts of the restaurant. You feel like you are enjoying a meal in a beautiful scenic garden. Well my husband ordered a steak sandwich, I ordered a quiche amd my friend ordered the blueberry waffles. Amd to drink I had the guava mint lemonade my husband had the mocha latte and my friend had the lavender latte. Everything was worth going back and having breakfast there again. Coming to eat at Maman is the entire package. An experience, taste, sounds, a delight for the eyes. Yelp helped us to find this place because we wanted to have breakfast that was different from all the cuban delights we'd been having. I had a honey lavender latte and the croissant waffles. The sauce on the waffles was buttery and delicious. the berries were fresh and delicious. My friends ordered a guava lemonade and a mocha latte, they were both impressed with their drinks and the food selections. Apparently, Martha Stewart collaborates with the owners and it definitely shows in the decor, the food, it definitely has her touch. Everything tasted so good, the quality of the coffee, and food, the plates and silverware it's served in, I can't wait to eat here again the next time I come down to Miami. read more

I stayed at the Sentral Wynwood this past week and ordered a few times from Maman since it was conveniently next door!! Everything was delicious and the service was very quick. I ordered from the app and received a free cookie since my order was over $20! My favorites: Glow baby glow matcha Overnight oats Papa's breakfast bowl Classic croissant The croissant was very flakey and buttery and papa's breakfast bowl was very filling. It came with a side of aoli and a sunny side egg on top (not pictured because my phone did not eat first lol) The overnight oats were nice and thick and flavorful and filling! This is in a pretty good spot in Wynwood with a decent amount of street parking and it isn't terribly busy here, at least in the mornings. I can also find a seat and it's a great space to work from. My friend and I stopped at Maman for a quick bite and some matcha for brunch. It was such a cute restaurant with inside and outside seating. We decided to get their smashed avocado tartine, with the herb feta and an egg on the side. It was super filling, fresh and delicious! Their matchas were tasty and they were so nice to give us a free drink to try. Their golden latte which wasn't officially on their menu. A very pleasant little brunch spot in the middle of Brickell. Maman is a wonderful place to sit and just enjoy a nice day with friends over a couple of waffles. Maman is a very quaint establishment. I came here to study for an exam on multiple occasions. The blue and white decor with foliage inside gives it a very calm aura. Service was great and my food was brought to my table in about 10-15 minutes. I was given a number to place at my table after I ordered. I ordered the Maman breakfast sandwich and it was extremely fresh and tasty. I loved the brioche bun. The price for a sandwich and a coldbrew coffee was under $25. They have special menu options that are not as common at other coffee shops such as a honey lavender latte or wild blueberry caramel iced latte. I did not try these, but would be open to trying them on my next visit. It was quiet inside, there were many plugs located throughout the restaurant to charge my devices. Having been to the Maman at the Navy Yard, Washington DC, this location was a little reminiscent of the DC location. Still the same charming spot with amazing food, great service, and the warm and whimsical ambiance. We were a party of 4, but there weren't any available at the time with a couple 3 person tables. I asked the hostess if she could add a chair to the table and she said it wasn't an issue, accommodating us so we wouldn't have to wait for a true 4-person table to free up. The location is in the heart of Wynwood so parking can be tough. Despite the wait and the parking situation, maman is absolutely worth a go, even if it's just to pick up a couple of pastries to go, or to dine-in for brunch! read more

I waited a ridiculous amount of time for my order to be taken when there were multiple services and almost no customers in the restaurant. I had already ordered an entree that he said was large, and I was eating alone. At this point, I had* to order the toast on principle. I don't care if I eat it all or waste my money. I do recommend going on the earlier side during the weekend if you want their spinach feta quiche as it was sold out when I went the last 2 times. They do get busy over the weekend but we only waited about 10 minutes for a table. The restaurant did not have 1 table free.
