Regular fried chicken plate
Jojo A.

The blue food truck is on the corner of Lauko Street & Akoki Street. They are open 6:00 am until 1:30 pm. Street parking available. I ordered the regular fried chicken plate. It came with 2 big pieces of chicken, two scoop of rice topped with furikake & a scoop of Mac salad. The plate was heavy and the food was delicious. Staff was very friendly and also gave me a stamp card. Service was fast. They have a lot of affordable plates for breakfast & lunch to choose from with a choice of mini or regular. They also have spam musubi, Manapua & pork hash. They only take card, no cash. Definitely coming back to try other things on the menu like the adobo fried rice & loco moco.

Totally LOVED THIS PLACE! If I ever want to eat Japanese style or Korean Style (which is mostly all…read morethe time) imma come here FOR SURE! They served delicious food and the birthday meal was worth it! You can choose from the TEISHOKU section of a 1, 2 or 3 choice and receive a birthday discount! That's their free meal. BUT... it's MUST BE ON THE DAY OF YOUR BIRTHDAY! They will ask for ID so be sure to come here for that $24 discount on your meal. And BRING SOMEONE to eat with because it has to have purchase to receive the discount! It's a great COUPLES outing or date night! They close @ 9pm but open at 11am so you have some time to make it. They do reservations ONLINE ONLY and hold the spot for you with a credit card. You can have more than 6+ but it will cost you to hold and DONT cancel because you may get charged for cancellation fee. But as I said... THEY ARE SO WORTH COMING HERE! The workers were so friendly and nice and kind! James and Keala both were considerate and our food came pretty quick too! OH! And their MOCHI ICE CREAM is ONO! Tastes like the mold school FOREMOST NEAPOLITAN ICE CREAM. The half gallon that came in the 1980's green box. Remember those??! So yeah... they are a BIT PRICEY for the meals but very worth it! Especially if you love watching those Korean dramas and get hungry for food during their meal scenes. Now I'll be thinking of KUNI's. lol Ok thanks for reading and ENJOY! James. Keala. Kaya

Sunday July 5, 2026 First time, we coming here with a party…read moreof 4 people for the AYCE Lunch. Plenty parking. Service is fast and friendly from ACE our server. We ordered 1 of everything on the menu. We all came hungry and ready to eat!! Lol. The grill is different as it sucks the smoke down. You can feel the air being sucked down as you put your hand above the grill. Grill not hot like other places. But, it takes longer to cook. That's okay, we have an hour and a half to cook and eat. That's fine, just eat fast. Lol. Food is good. Honey Toast was really good!! Ambiance is casual and comfortable in here. We will be back again.

For shabu shabu everyone gets their own small pot of broth to boil food. Shabu shabu is a little cheaper than the yakiniku. We did shabu shabu. For dinner and on weekends you can order rib eye, short rib and tan tan broth with an infused oil. Dinner menu is slightly different than the lunch which is cheaper. Lots of veggie, seafood, sauce and noodle options. Only a handful of meat options which are ordered through the waitress in 3 oz portions. Broth flavors were great! Service was excellent! Ended with honey toast which had 3 scoops of Dave's ice cream flavors of your choice.

My first time dining at Waikele Country Club Restaurant was for a high school graduation party. I…read moreremember absolutely nothing about the food and remember it being a tight space for the size of the party. They somehow made it work and even had a small space for a dance floor. On my last visit, there was a lunch party going on and the space they were in was a bit odd. They had several long tables set up in what is normally the lobby/waiting area, right next to the restrooms. There was also another party going on the smaller party room behind the reception desk. I guess they just know how to make things work and try to configure seating the best they can! My latest two visits were pretty memorable with regards to the food. Both times were with tables for over 10 people and I must say, I'm surprised that both times, I was pleasantly surprised at the speed we received our food. I ordered the Bi Bim Bap and a plantation iced tea on my first recent visit, and Chirashi set with a Moscow mule on my second recent visit. The Bi Bim Bap was pretty good, and the plantation iced tea wasn't overly sweet like many can be because of the pineapple juice. The real winner was the Chirashi set. It had a lot going on and contained ingredients I don't usually get with other Chirashi bowls. It had unagi for one, and another surprise was a tiny portion of uni. We splurged on dessert on my latest visit with Brown Butter Cake, Creme Brulé, and Chocolate Molten Cake. Both came with a side scoop of vanilla ice cream. All were very good and little on the pricey side. The Brown Butter Cake and Chocolate Molten Cake were $17 each. Were they worth $17 each? I guess considering it's not every day I buy a $17 dessert, sure, it was worth it. My favorite of the three? The Brown Butter Cake! I'm looking forward to dining at Waikele Country Club Restaurant again and recommend it if you're looking for a local meal that's a little more upscale than the norm.

It was very loud and I would not follow the band to any other venue. The music was loud enough we could not hold a conversation in the dining area. Outdoor dining was an option if you are agreeable with the heat & bugs. The menu was expansive. Lots of choices and the Yelp photos helped us decide what to eat. They were slammed busy so no compliments on service. The bartender was friendly & helped us with drink refills. I'd like to give this place another shot without the band.
