    Steak w/mushrooms & onion

Soooo ono! Stopped by after dropping our car to Auto Genius for repairs. Heard great things and these guys did not disappoint! Fast - Ono Food! Ordered an array of items: - All plates came with toss salad and a side of kim chee on a bed of rice. Steak&Onions - Yessss... we like our steak simple but full of flavor and this was perfect! The onions with their creamy mushroom sauce was on point! Garlic Chicken - Fried chicken with their garlic sauce is totally worth it! The sauce is really similar to the mitsuken garlic chicken sauce... Hamburger Steak (most popular) - Winnaaaaah! 2 thick patties and the brown gravy and onions are the perfect combo... I can see why this is popular! It's everything you would want from a hamburger steak plate! Definitely will be back again!!

I stuck with the classic sugar but we also got some cinnamon sugar and stuffed (dobash and haupia) to share.

While I picked up both I've only tried the spicy so far. The smoked meat comes in a vacuum sealed bag so I just put the regular one in the freezer. This smoked meat is fairly lean which concerned me at first but my concerns were not warranted. The meat has a strong great flavor but the spice level is pretty low. In a way I was happy with that because I didn't want to be have the spice overpower the flavor of good smoked meat. As long as you aren't looking for burn your mouth spicy this is excellent smoked meat at a reasonable price.

It was almost 11am and it looked like all the trucks were closed, but fortunately, Dick's was open. It looked like they were only one of two or three that were. I decided on the lechon with pancit plate this time, since the Fried rice I got the last time was fairly bland. It was a good choice, as the noodles were flavorful, with lots of veggies. Unfortunately, the lechon was super salty this time. It was moist and the skin was veto crispy, but I could only eat a little at a time, due to the saltiness. I'm hoping this was a "one off", and they didn't change their preparation or recipe. I'll have to make sure by stopping by again to grab another order soon.

I ended up eating it with vinegar to jazz it up. Bbq pork stick was really good on its own. The vinegar that was provided added even more flavor. It was actually my favorite out of everything; had a good char. Pork lumpia was two long pieces that was equivalent to like 6 regular size pieces. My kids enjoyed it. The turon had a good crunchy exterior, the banana seemed a bit on the dry side. Glad to see many people trying Dick's Lechon n' supporting local!

The Lechon Kawali was delicious with big chunks of Lechon and there is no dipping sauce needed because they toss it and season it just right. And the Beef Nilaga is the perfect contrast to the Lechon with Big Chunks of Beef and loaded with Cabbage and other Veggies. The Broth from the Beef Nilaga is so Light and Refreshing it goes perfect on White Rice. For the $18 price tag it may sound steep but i have to say they are very generous with the portions here.
