I don't get to this part of Pasco often (mainly for work when we have to stop at a machine or powder coating shop). This is the industrial side of Pasco east of the downtown area. This truck is nice in that it's been here a while, has a nice covered dining area (see photos), and has some nice cooks. During my recent visit I sneakily tried to perpetrate. "Torta asada, por favor" I asked in a perfect Spanish accent. So perfect that the woman taking my ordered rattled words back to me, and all I could do was smile. I went ahead and ordered my beef torta along with a mandarin Jarrito. They were pretty fast, and I had my meal within minutes. While waiting I noticed "lomo". I recognized this word from my recent trip to the land of the best meat, Argentina. "Lomo" is a cut from the back of an animal. The lomo they had here was pork. Next time, little lomo. Next time. All in all, a nice experience here, and a taco truck that certainly deserves attention in the land of taco trucks.

This…read morelittle gem is off of Road 68 and completes the Latin triumvirate of Viera's Bakery, Rallito De Luna DOS Tortilla Factory, and a taco truck. You can't go wrong with a visit here. First time I went here I had some ceviche & chilled at their table. I even got caught up on my novelas (Yes, they had a flat screen pimped on their truck for all your TV needs---only in Pasco!). The ceviche was nice (it did make the area smell a bit fishy). On a second visit with friends, we all ordered a grip of tacos. I went with the lengua (tongue) and carne asada (beef). They were muy bueno. However this time there was no TV---what up??? ;) This is a new truck to add to my taco truck list (http://www.yelp.com/list/taco-trucks-richland-2), and it is now one of the closest Pasco Taco Trucks to my home in Richland. A taco truck run, of course…read more This time I made my way to Court Ave, and then up 4th to the lot of Madrid's Bar...which had *drum roll* a taco truck. I go for the standard fare...well, atleast standard fare for me: torta and tacos. I had a beef torta, pork taco, and a lengua taco. The cook was really nice and greeted me in Spanish, for a second I thought of chatting back in my limited Espanol, but I chickened out. While waiting, I walked over to Madrid's. It looked a bit dive-y, seedy, and scary, and so I chickened out of sticking my head in...maybe next time when I can get a cerveza. I then grabbed my grub and went home. The pork taco was delectable; the beef taco and lengua torta were adequate. I also got some green sauce and it was hot as hot can be. I like this taco truck because its farely close to the freeway, so you can get in and get out quick.
