Disappointing Experience - Not Coming Back My pregnant wife was really looking forward to tacos de al pastor, especially from Trejo's, since she remembered them being great. She ordered her tacos with no onions. This time, the tacos came loaded with onions--exactly what she was trying to avoid. We told the waiter, who took them back, only for the chef to come out and say they were out of al pastor meat, so she either had to eat the ones with onions or they'd throw them away. She's pregnant, so she just picked the onions off herself, which really ruined the experience for her. I ordered a cóctel de camarón y pulpo and asked if it came with Clamato. The waiter said she'd bring it on the side "so we won't ruin it," which sounded fine--it was a tiny 4 oz cup and later found out they charged me $6 for it. They also charged up charged for crackers, which usually come included with a seafood cocktail. I went to ask the waiter, and she just said, "We charge for whatever extra you ask for." Why wasn't that mentioned before? Overall, the food wasn't worth the price, and the service was poor. When you're dealing with pregnant customers and charging extra for basics like crackers and sauce without warning, it just shows a lack of care and transparency. We won't be returning. Excellent food! The tacos Al pastor was tender and juicy, excellent flavor! The birria tacos were perfectly crisp and the consume dip had some of the richest beef flavor I had ever tasted! They do tacos right! My husband and I came to the area for a visit and to see the rotating tower of Al pastor had my mouth watering as soon as we sat down. I went to the Truck in Kennewick, I can more or less sum up my experience in 1 word (NO) . the only good thing I can say as far as the food goes, is that the salsa was "ok" and the tortillas were cooked perfectly!! Which would have been great if everything else wasn't so bad. Poor Quality. Skimpy on the meat, My meat didn't taste like it had any seasoning on it (unless you consider being burned as a seasoning) and about half of what was there was Grizzle. Poor service. The girl who took our order "forgot about us" which is totally understandable , I mean after all there was NOBODY except me and my wife there as far as customers. "2" people are extremely hard to keep track of ...I guess.? Price ? We paid $28 for 10 beef tacos. Quantity . .hardly and meet or toppings, 5 tacos per plate/only 4 radish slices, I want to comment on how little meat there was... but considering how bad the meat was...Would more of it been a "good" thing? probably not, if fact they might have done it that way out of mercy. read more

Food is great, customer service is horrible... They seem not to like to give you more chips and salsa once you finish them when you have 4 people at the table and when you ask for more Chips and salsa the lady (maybe owner) gives a bad look and seems like she don't want to bring us any back. Our waitress was very nice. The food was Ehh alright. I feel that the price I paid for my shrimp empanadas I could have gotten them somewhere else and they could have tasted WAY better. I ordered the shrimp empanadas and right away disliked them. We stumbled upon this when we were searching for a taco truck that no longer existed. We both had tacos al pastor and shared a sope. The tacos were fantastic. The homemade tortillas were the best I've ever had! And the meat was seasoned perfectly. The prices were very reasonable. 11AM on 4/272017 sitting on my chair at work craving a burrito. Go online and stumble upon this place. 4.6 out of 5 Google rating - wow that's unusual for Pasco. Make the mistake of visiting their website and scroll through the menu - yum..everything looks so good. Decide to give em a try. Call my order in - burrito de al pastor- and head on over to pick it up. Walk on in and immediately greeted by the man which happened to be wrapping up my burrito. Boy was I disappointed...meat was burnt and fatty. It is now 10:20 PM and I am still burping up the nasty taste. Best tacos I've had. Meats are well marinated and well cooked. I have not had anything else on their menu because the tacos are awesome. The salsa bar is good too, it has 4-5 different salsas. The music playing is Mexican music unlike other wanna be Mex restaurants that play salsa/merengue, etc. Restaurant is a little under staffed at this time so the service can be slow but it is worth it. read more

Went for the first time last night. This is as authentic as it gets. Service is friendly and knowledgable. Menu has soooo many choices. Tried different plates with my wife and all were awesome. Homemade condiments. Are food was hot and fresh. The prawn tostada pico de gallo had more prawns than expected. After our meal I spoke to the cook and you could tell he was proud of his food. We will be back!! We always look for great authentic Mexican cuisine when passing thru Tri-Cities and this place is awesome, better than others we tried, menu in full Español. The corn tortillas are homemade fresh and delicious with juicy meat, cheeses and peppers. The chip/salsa while you wait is perfect combo of spice and sweetness from tomatoes. The flan was the best we ever had. My wife saw someone eating the soup and is anxious to try that next time. Highly recommended.
