I so love the food here and the atmosphere, BUT..... they are not very nice. I have a service dog and his job is to keep me alive. Im a diabetic. There is one lady that always seem to act put out and not very nice when we come in. She does not like dog. And states the fact. Im sorry my dog is my life line he is medical equipment he is not a pet. He goes right under the table is quite and does not move till im ready to leave. I'm never coming to this place again! I ordered online for pickup! When I arrived I let the woman behind the counter know that I wanted to pick up my order! It wasn't ready 20-30 after I placed it! the owner is NASTY & rude . this restaurant hates DoorDash apparently and has stated multiple times They don't like to do orders for DoorDash. My brother went to pick up an order tonight and was kicked out of the store all for trying to pick up an order, and the lady stated that she does not like DoorDash. they claimed they were closed, even though the open sign was on, and they clearly had an order from DoorDash sitting on the counter and they're ready to but give it to him anyways. read more

Customer Service - worker was offended I asked for water. Seems as if she only cared about making money for the business. rolled her eyes when I asked for water instead of a soda and chopsticks instead of a fork. threw them on the table, proceeded to take my order. She has no consideration, and little did she know I was on my lunch time. She then returned 5 minutes later to retake my order. While in the middle of eating my food; unfortunately, there was a hair in it. I was hoping for a good dish after the horrible customer service. I guess this was a sign for me not to return. when It came to checking out she kept looking at my table with the food and asked if i wanted a to go box. Being considerate I whispered to her there was a hair in my food and her response was "i'm sorry mam, it is $18." I was going to tap my phone with apple pay (debit card) and she stops me then to ask for my physical card, only to tap it because they "don't allow tap." So when she tapped my card, at this point I knew she was just being rude. From what I saw she was the only asian in the restaurant, and she has red hair. Don't expect a pleasant experience when passing by unless you like someone disrespecting you. I will not be returning to Woos Teriyaki. Just arrived home from Woo's, 20 minutes ago. Waited almost 3 years to sample there food. Will not return! California roll was okay. Wasabi was not hot, at all. I have had hotter wasabi from a plastic tube. 3/4 inch teriyaki chicken breast, overcooked and tough. Leftovers from lunch, because my meal came out within 5 minutes. Shrimp tempura is not tempura. Tempura is a white Japanese coating, not a brown flour type coating. White rice was good. Lettuce with dressing was good. We came here on a trip from Portland and we're absolutely blown away by the employees here. The food was great and the people were even better. So, I'm glad I read the reviews before I wrote this because I was about to rip the owners a new one. From what I can tell these new owners are extremely rude, don't care about communicating with their customers, and most importantly they don't have Boba tea anymore! Every time I have come in, she refuses to sit me, and when I do get my food it's always in a takeout container even though I'm eating in the restaurant. It looks like she picks and chooses who she wants to be nice to because the people that came in after me got sat down and got normal service with regular dishware and plateware. Talking to her is so goddamn awkward because she just looks at you like you're retarded. it really sucks, because the teriyaki chicken there is amazing! I'm not sure if I ever wanna come back.
