He cried through every cut, but each time he improved little by little. Eddie has been unbelievably patient, calm, and gentle with him, and it has made all the difference. Today was maybe our 10th visit, and he sat in the chair like a champ--no tears at all! I truly credit the amazing team here. But recently they have been giving me subpar cuts, and to top it all off, they are about 30-40 minutes away from me. I've been going here for years because they are open the latest compared to any other barber shop around me and they fit with my schedule the best. Today, I walked in 2 hours before closing time. My haircut doesn't take any more than 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete. Unfortunately, as a typical walk-in , I sat down and waited for about an hour before being told that they could not cut my hair because they were closing soon(there was over 1 hour of time left before closing). So overall, I drove 40 minutes, waited for about an hour, and then drove 30 minutes back to my house and ended up wasting over 2 hours of time today plus gas. No problem. I won't ever be coming back. Thanks for that last straw. Wish someone would've told me earlier maybe as soon as I walked in that there wouldn't be enough time to cut my hair, so I wouldn't have wasted an hour sitting down...

I recall the first time waiting and observing her work. The variety of styles-the low taper fade with a modern pompadour, the modern side part taper, and the executive contour style-all showed a mark of variability that suited her patrons in both professional and casual settings. When I wanted to keep the hair long in the front, she recommended a scissor-cut slick back with a low taper using a 1.5 guard. She took the time to break down the different hairstyles and tailored the cut exactly to my preference.
