It's not a problem as there's a laminated card counter that you order from. I asked for a 30-minute massage at a cost of $35.00 covering two areas. The female massage therapist was awesome! Very deep tissue massage. Even a bit painful, but it hurts so good. She followed a pattern on my neck, back, arms, and scalp. Very thorough. I believe they have privacy booths in the back for those who want a full body massage. Please check with the front desk counter when you arrive for clarification. The atmosphere was very calming. The lights are dimmed to provide a soothing atmosphere along with very quiet light music playing. My massage took place right behind the counter area in a massage chair. I was expecting a booth but considering it's just a neck and shoulder and back massage, it didn't really bother me to be upfront or others could see as they walk the mall. I will be going back possibly once a month as I enjoyed it and felt it was definitely worth the price. In fact, I left a hefty tip as I felt the massage therapist did a wonderful job.

I didn't think to bring a tip- I had a gift card, and I just spent a lot of money on medical bills for the loved one I lost. I was chased down for a tip, by multiple people here, including the woman that gave me my massage. How about you just be THANKFUL that you earn $45 for a 30 min massage, while the rest of us survive on less than $20 an hour and NO TIPS. Really shitty way to treat someone that just experienced a death. Not that they knew, but you should never assume what someone is going through and why they might not be able to tip you. Be grateful for how much you earn as is.

My technician was incredibly kind, understanding, and mindful of my comfort throughout the treatment. She explained the inflammation she saw and reassured me the treatment would help. The experience itself was so relaxing and the robe, comfortable table, and steam treatment at the bowl felt amazing, especially on my swollen lymph nodes. Afterward, my scalp was noticeably less red, and my technician explained what to expect over the next day or so. Overall, such a great experience and I would definitely recommend. As a bonus, my lymph node swelling even went down afterward! This may be my go to treatment after getting my hair done.

I arrived to my appt 20+ minutes early to get the lay of the land and be prepared for the experience, and somehow my appt was delayed by nearly 10 minutes, though my technician keep coming in and out the doors to the lobby walking right by me several times. They also called me by the wrong name? I also requested to go to the bathroom once I arrived in the lobby to not hold up the experience, but the front desk attendant responded to my request with "do you need to go now or can you wait till your appt?" With my appt being delayed by 10 minutes, I really needed to go! Once my service began, they start by looking at your scalp with a camera, and though I had washed my hair literally three hours before (hair still damp as it was in a clip) my hair was "clogged and dirty". I could literally see on the screen very minor build up, but it seemed to be a bit dramatized for effect. The rate and pace of my service was fast and faster. As this is meant to be a relaxing treatment, I expected things to progress at a moderate pace, but due to the lateness of my start, perhaps they were looking to speed up service? The scrubbing felt quick, a bit harsh and not at all relaxing. Plus the facial portion ended up with products in and around my eyelids. It began to burn, but thankfully we were near the end so I just suffered through. Once the service was completed, they quarter blow dry your hair and keep encouraging you to "touch it! Isn't it so soft". No, it literally feels like dried noodles and completely stripped of oils. My hair turned out limp and lifeless. The total cost for a supposed 75 minute service (which it wasn't due to the timing issues outlined) was nearly $160 after a modest tip. I won't be back.
