They usually have cones outside and when you arrive you can call or just move the cone to the curb and park. You walk in the gentleman will greet you and you provide the name on the reservation and depending on the type of massage you get they'll direct you to either room or couch area. We always do 60 minute full body massage and after our massage they'll ask if we want water or tea. Quality has been pretty consistent and we try to go once a month. The charcoal room actually felt cooler because it felt less stuffy. The cold room was almost room temp and was packed with people trying to cool off. Multiple people were fanning themselves or drenched with sweat. We've asked multiple times for the AC to be lowered, where staff informed us that it was the lowest the AC could go. No other measures were taken to help with the heat, no fans or anything were put out. Our family came to celebrate two birthdays and were hoping to relax. We were not able to relax at all and instead wasted $200 at this not enjoyable establishment. We asked if we could get a partial refund, which the spa stated they could not. They offered us travel size soaps as an apology, which I declined.

I specifically book with therapist Li from Shanghai (note: there are two therapist Li's working here!). He is absolutely amazing, and my whole family has been getting massages from him for many, many years. Yay, victory!! We booked a 1-hour couples Thai massage with Mona and Bee, and once the massage started, all that parking nuisance disappeared. I asked Mona to attack the stubborn knots in my traps, and wow... she ironed those things out really well!!!! It wasn't exactly gentle, but that's how I like it!! By the end, I felt loose, relaxed, and about 10 pounds lighter from all the tension. Yes, they do step on you, but only after asking first, so don't panic!! Afterward, they served hot tea and rice crackers, which was the perfect little cooldown. And please, tip your massage therapist well!!
