Been preordering from them for over 5+ years…read moreand randomly they decided to implement an arbitrary pickup list for preorders based on "date ordered" mind you that anything can be preordered on their sheet of paper at the bar, so as a smart individual I preordered from both places. Originally at the bar I filled a physical order space out and after they created the website i made one there as well. So not only are we all waiting for our codex preorders still, but one of the employees of their maple road store accidentally let it spill that he was able to pick up one for himself from Lockport. When I came to pick mine up the day they came in I was told about the surprise list order and to come back Sunday, so Sunday when I came in to get the only thing I ordered, I was met with "we can't find the last one we got sent idk where it is!!" I know where it is, your employees purchased it before your actual customers who preordered it. This whole situation has killed this store for me and its so sad that they don't care enough about there customers to get their shit together.... Don't worry though they have ton of aetherdrift and marvel and Spider-Man! Nonissues getting people preorders for that slop, shame on you

It may not be a huge location but they host Magic the Gathering and other tabletop options comfortably, professionally and efficiently. They have a nice (and growing) selection of collectables , warhammer minitures , MTG singles accessories and packs and can , from what I've been told pull inventory from their other location. Stop on by, if you're a gamer looking to play this is a great place in Batavia to be yourself and make new friends.

If they don't have something that you have your eye on, you can connect with them to see if they will order it for you (which they likely will, if they can!) Really flexible hours of operation, open late many nights of the week, and there are constantly events occuring here. They have a fairly large, well-lit, and clean gaming space in the back. It's like Walmart lol you go in for one thing and leave with 10. There's a pretty good selection of board games, both popular and obscure. If they don't have what you're looking for they'll gladly order it for you and give you a call when it comes in. The guys who work there are all very nice and very knowledgeable. The first time I came, I was still fairly new to tabletop gaming so I wasn't sure what to get. I had my eyes set on Agricola but after talking to the associate I realized I wasn't ready for such a heavy euro game just yet. The associate asked us what we liked and then basically went through their entire collection with us, pointing out and explaining various games that he thought would appeal to us. You don't get customer service like that anymore! All the games are also much cheaper than you would find at Chapters or Mastermind Games. They've also got tons of other nerd stuff like comic books, figurines, and superhero paraphernalia. The store is located in the back of the plaza so it's difficult to find if you don't know where to look.
