Despite getting a good deal on 2 bikes, I will never come back to this dealership. The internet salesman lied about every aspect of the inventory, pricing, etc so when my boyfriend and I got to the dealership, expectations were not met. I tried test driving one bike that despite having gone through a 103 point inspection (that cost $1300) had a dead battery and took hours to get updates completed on the day I came back to pick it up. The other bike we bought had also undergone this "inspection" yet no one saw all the scratches on the pipes and saddlebag from having clearly been put down and when we showed up on the pre-determined day and time, the bike hadn't even been washed or detailed yet. The financing was a nightmare and my boyfriend and I were harassed for weeks following the sale due to incompetence with paperwork. I would just assume pay more for a bike for a dealership that knows what it's doing and doesn't use these ploys to get buyers through the door just to screw them over in other ways! Called the dealersgip, asking if I stopped in, could I get out the door pricing on a 2026 Trike. One of the sales people was Austin Kirby, he was not the pricing guy, they gave me numbers, they marked the bike up almost 10,000 dollars then added on 5000. in basicly junk fees. Summary 15,000 dollars added on to the FULL RETAIL price. I asy absolutey rediculous. Not OK. Waste of time going here unless you do not care about money. read more

She basically said everyone is different and trying each of them on is the best method. I said ok and started to walk away, pretty sure I heard her say F off "literally". I went on the site just to look and speak to my wife about getting a bike again. I bought from them years ago a couple of bikes under previous ownership, which both were great experiences. They have no prices, just "payments as low as" stuff. I was hoping for a work around and saw the "pre approve" thing, which I was hoping was a work around to find the actual price. It does require your name and email, no big deal, so put it in. A few days later, their "GM" calls my phone, which I never put in, to start to attempt to high pressure sell me a bike! "You were looking! Are you sure you aren't going to come down and look? Why did you look then?" stuff. They went to their old records to then call me and start their very ineffective push. read more

We had a great experience at first -- they helped us find a bike and made a deal that worked for us. But once the paperwork was signed, communication completely stopped. The bike sat at their dealership for three weeks with no updates, no registration, and no pickup scheduled. Then we found out we're expecting a child, and understandably, our priorities changed. Before the bike was ever registered or picked up, my boyfriend contacted them to cancel the sale. The assistant manager, Cody, told him, "That's not an option. The deal is already finalized." Then they stopped responding. The next day, he followed up with another call -- no reply. Then suddenly, after he clearly expressed the need to back out, they claimed it was too late. That's not just shady -- it feels completely deceptive. He never even took possession of the bike. They stalled him, then rushed the registration behind our backs and now insist we're stuck with it. The manager's only response? "Well, you signed the paperwork." As if that excuses ignoring our cancellation request before anything was registered or delivered. UPDATE: We checked the Mass RMV website, and as of today, the title still shows "in progress." That means the registration is not finalized. Cody repeatedly insisted it was finalized, but the state's system says otherwise. My boyfriend even sent him a screenshot to prove it, and instead of taking accountability, Cody suddenly said he "could no longer help us" and would pass it along to the general manager. The general manager Keith has been nothing but dismissive and rude, hiding behind the same tired line: "You signed paperwork." They've continued to lie and spin the narrative to avoid accountability, but all they're doing is digging themselves deeper into a hole. We've made it crystal clear: we are not taking the bike home, because it is not ours. This has been a dishonest, manipulative, and unethical experience. We'll be filing formal complaints with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, New Hampshire Attorney General's Office, the Better Business Bureau, and Harley-Davidson Corporate -- We are documenting everything and have sought outside support. Lying to a newly pregnant couple who's trying to make the responsible choice isn't just wrong -- it's a bad look for any business. It shows a complete lack of empathy and integrity, and the public deserves to know how they operate. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They will lie to you, ignore your requests, and only care about profiting -- not people. Absolutely disgraceful. They need to fix this now, cancel the sale, and return our trade-in. No delivery, no fees -- just undo the deal, like it never happened. We acted in good faith, and instead we've been lied to, ignored, and disrespected. I've owned four HD motorcycles over the past 20 years. Purchased three from Seacoast and one from Manchester. Previous sales experience with Manchester was great! This new sales experience was terrible, absolutely terrible. No pricing on the motorcycles; I repeatedly asked for a price. Answer from salesman, "How much do you want to pay?". WHAT! Came back from a test ride, again waited 30-45 minutes to get a price on the motorcycle. I was told several times, "We are working up the numbers". Shady buying experience, and I never got a price. Also asked the price on a specific used motorcycle, but they also refused to give me that price. A salesman called today, once again, with no price. I wouldn't buy from Manchester Harley Davidson, don't like the way I was treated, and I feel they are being deceptive and untrustworthy. I read numerous other reviews that have had similar experiences. Would like to give thanks to "Justin". He was my guide during the road test. read more

Manchester Harley Davidson uses false advertising and have Zero Integrity!!!! I am in the market for a pre owned Street Glide and using the Harley Davidson's pre owned search tool via the HD website. Found a low mileage Street Glide Special at MHD. Went to their site and used their valuation tool on my bike. I was satisfied with the trade in range. Manchester had my information and contacted me and I told them I was interested in the 20 Street Glide Special they had listed for $17888. Told me to come take a look and they had 500 bikes in stock in their temporary Warehouse while the new dealership is being built. I told them that I was in NY and almost 4 hours away. Spoke with them two more times by phone. I asked about their valuation tool because my trade was very important (they even said that I could get much more). Again mentioned that I was almost 4 hours away and interested in the 20 SGS and my budget was $18k. They texted me to verify my appointment on 3/4/25.I then borrowed a trailer, reserved a room and went up the night before with my wife. We arrive when they opened, and they brought a sales manager to work with us and he takes us into their warehouse. Lots of bikes but I noticed that over half of them are behind a half wall off limits to customers.We get handed off to a fit specialist and I told him the bike we were here to see. I am not seeing the bike at this point. He then starts explaining the deals they are offering on a NEW bike and showing me those including a CVO?!?!. Now the original sales manager comes back and says that the bike that I came to see was SOLD!!!! With all of the prior conversations and text messages we had, NO ONE ever contacted me. Now I ask to see when it was sold. They won't do it. We got Suck-erd in with the old Bait and Switch. We have a lot of time invested at this point so we look around for another bike but they are thousands $$ more with higher miles. Now I want to see what their valuation is on my bike. My trade Range comes in at $1-2k Under the "rough wholesale" valuation tool on the website. My Bike has high mileage but is super clean and well maintained.Now I want to see the owner. Not there but GM is. Says he has a SGS at their other location in Mass. and can get it in a few hours. It's $5k more. He messes with numbers and will give me the same price but drops my trade in value. I ask about additional fees. One is $1295 set up fee and the other is $699 on a USED bike (not listed in fine print). We leave and head back home. Horrible Experience. All of this is textbook salesman BS.Here's the funny thing..IT'S BEEN 7 DAYS AND THE BIKE IS I CAME TO SEE IS STILL LISTED for sale!!!!! Trying to lure others in???? I go back and check their reviews and apparently it's a common practice they use to get you in there. See for yourself. Why would you do this? All they care about getting you money, BEWARE I purchased a New 2023 Fat Boy, but went thru all the high pressure and a few people of there sale force to get to a deal. Now the phone calls start a few month later about a new bike again. So now a few years later wanted to trade in and they wanted to surcharge me for a new Fat Boy of over 7000.00 over MSRP and wanted to give me well below market price for my bike which only had 1500 miles on. So now another Harley dealer didn't try to surcharge me for the same bike. Now my 2023 bike needed a new battery so I installed but created a fault code and I called up on how to clear but they wouldn't share with me on how to clear and wanted me to bring the bike in to clear and charge me 180.00 to hook up computer. So instead I did my research and took me a half hour to find out and five minutes to clear. The point I'm trying to make is all they care about is selling you something but no loyalty to you for buying a bike with them. There sales force turns over fairly frequently. BEWARE read more

The backbone of any dealership is the service department. Manchester Harley's service department is not good the service that manager is a jerk with an attitude. And as walking around the dealership I noticed there were people there that agreed with this statement. I don't want to go into the big story of mine. Too much negative energy to waste my good energy on. Just be careful. Go to Big moose Harley. They treat you much better sometimes when you get too big you lose the personalization and that's just what's happened there and the service department. I recently had an infuriating experience with Harley Davidson of Manchester, and I feel compelled to share it. I called and spoke to someone named Nick/Eric, making it clear that I was interested in bikes listed online within my price range of $16-19k. Despite my attempts to get specific pricing over the phone, he refused to give me any numbers. I stressed that I lived almost 90 minutes away and didn't want to waste either my time or the dealership's by driving there and finding nothing in my price range. He repeatedly reassured me, claiming they had 480 bikes on site and five dealerships, so they would definitely have something within my budget. He even scheduled an appointment for me. When I arrived, I was greeted with a cringe-worthy "VIP in the house" announcement at the front desk. As a consumer, this was beyond uncomfortable and felt like a forced corporate gimmick. The only redeeming part of this visit was Krishna, the salesperson, who was genuinely awesome and the sole reason this review isn't one star. After a tour, I was shown the bikes. I specifically mentioned I was interested in older Road Glide and Street Glide models. To my frustration, they only had one of each in stock, despite being assured over the phone that they had multiple options. I expressed my frustration, and a team lead suggested I test ride the bikes and promised to find one for me afterward. After deciding on the Road Glide, the team lead ran the numbers and tried to pitch a 2023 model due to a 2% financing offer. I made it clear this was not what I was looking for, but he insisted on wasting his time with it. He came back with a price in the mid-20s for a 2020 model, which was completely out of my specified range. I had been crystal clear about my budget from the start. Instead of respecting my budget, he pushed the 2023 model with a $10k down payment to fit my payment range. This was a blatant disregard for my initial stipulations. At this point, I was done. They handed me their cards and said they would be in touch. The following day, I got a call around noon, saying they were looking into it and would update me after the managers' meeting. They promised to find an older bike for me and get back to me that day. It has now been six days, and I have heard nothing but crickets. I understand that Harleys are expensive and dealerships need to make money, but there's an honest way to do business. This was not it. If they had dealt with me straightforwardly, I might have considered a higher-end model later on. Instead, I was met with deceit and incompetence. Stick to Mom's in Manchester--they took care of me with no BS, providing a stark contrast to the runaround I experienced here. ****DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR VIP PACKAGE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP**** I bought a bike from them in January, was in an accident in April before I was able to capitalize on a single benefit of their VIP package. I never even got my first oil change. I was told that I was getting the bike for $10,000. I put $2000 down, made three payments and my insurance paid out $11,000 for the bike. Between the VIP package and the insane amount of additional fees they were able to hide in the sales agreement, I still owe $3500 on the bike. I was also told that gap insurance was not available due to the price of the bike. These people are refusing to refund the VIP saying that it is a non refundable product despite the fact that I was not able to take advantage of a single benefit during my time with the bike. I have explained the extent of my injuries from the accident and they do not seem to care. After several months of chasing them down and not returning my calls, I have decided that it is my responsibility to warn others about the kind of business they are running. service department lacks any customer service, i spent almost 30k on a bike from them. had a broken latch on my saddlebag, still under factory warrantee, they did not want to help. just said leave your bike with us, we are booked two weeks out. wouldnt even order the part for me. said a tech has to look at it and they have to give them the part number to order. its a dealership, customer service should be the #1 priority, i havent had a single good experience at the service dept in manchester. between oil on my bike after a service, dirty handprints all over my bike after service, putting incorrect parts on it. all i get from them is "we are working on it" 4 years now, they do not care about us. never buying a harley again if i live around here, manchester harley service is not worth the hassle read more

They absolutely will not tell you a price unless you are in the store. Even then you get a ballpark "mid to high 30s"... Emailed asking a price of a used bike they have had all summer. No response with price via email, but multiple calls, but not leaving the price. The sales manager emailed me, so I asked him, no response. How is this not seen as unprofessional, or at the very least unnecessary? But their newest tactic is calling three straight times!! They will call me, I will be busy and not able to take the call (afterall, I EMAILED YOU, so that might be a sign of the CUSTOMERS preferred method of contact), I will silence the ringer, and they will call two more times, back to back to back. Please notice pattern in deceptive (bait and switch) sales technique noticed in other reviews. Set up a VIP appointment on 4/30 after email, text, and phone conversation with Sales team reps. Specifically, over phone, went through their website inventory by their stock numbers & VIN with regards to 5 motorcycles I was interested in seeing to confirm they were present on site. Also made them aware I was having to take my motorcycle out of storage for onsite trade-in valuation. Of the 5, 3 had very competitive prices listed on their website. When I got there an hour after hanging up the phone and them encouraging me to come in asap, they treated me as if there had been no previous arrangements, starting from scratch hand off (did I have a bike to trade in... what am I looking for?). Of the 5 bikes we had just verified, only one was on the floor and none of the price listed bikes were available. After talking with three separate handoffs up to the sales manager, none could or would explain this. Just "take a look around and see if there is anything you like." They didn't care a less that I had taken my bike out of storage to come down there with a prearranged look at the 5 bikes I had enquired on. One run around after another, handoff, diversion, excuse, blank look... This is VIP treatment!! The one bike on hand was the switch. After more than 2 hours on site, they still had not completed my trade evaluation (they were not going to do it until a deal was forming on the "switch" bike). Nearing three hours, they quoted a price for over $41,000 on a used 2023 Trike with over 8000 miles. Next, the never before mentioned $2000 in "other fees", in addition to their quote. I had asked for an "out the door" price, which they would not give me because of the "fees" on a used bike. I walked, of course. When I got home, I ran the bike, it was high retail at $36,500. The game of course is to steer you to a new bike. They have no regard or respect for their customers. After 3 hours they still could not and would not confirm their own inventory as to where the other four bikes they had listed for sale were. One of the most unprofessional sales experiences I have ever seen. Later, I got a call from a "customer sales representative" asking about my experience. All she was interested in is what they could do to gain my interest in the one bike I saw (or the new one if I preferred). Completely disregarded the feedback I gave. I asked to speak to the General Manager and was told he would get back to me, but of course they have no excuse for this blatant, textbook, "bait and switch", so no call yet. I went in with a pre approval and called to see if a bike I liked was available. They told me it was there but would not tell me the price. So I went in only to find out the bike was not there it had been sold. So I inquired about a new bike again not able to get a price just want to work with my payment. So I play along but they get my bank to extend the loan terms with out my knowledge until I find out from my bank that the bike is 35000,. If I knew that I would not have enquired about it. So then I ask about a 2017 Road glide and again no price but they will make my payment work. So it's all approved until I call my bank to see the price there getting. 31000, I have bought 3 bikes there in 6 years and did all my service there. They just lost a loyal customer so they could make a few extra bucks. I would not let anyone purchase a bike there. I miss the last ownership. These people are going to take advantage of you. Don't trust them. Any dealership that can't give you the price of a bike is going to rob you blind . It's unfortunate because I love there service department but I will never set foot in that place again. If I could give them negative reviews I would. I went to another dealership and they sold me a bike in less then 2 hours and no hassles. They didn't even need to see my trade just a few pictures. read more

I have a 2012 FXDWG, that I was having a brake issue with after doing the pads myself, and a turn signal problem I bought it with, that I needed fixed for an inspection, I dropped off Thursday the of June 8th for those problems, and below is a detailed list of every interaction I had with their service department since then. I think it is self-explanatory as to why I will never bring my bike back to these people. Was called on Friday the 9th, told mirrors need replacing as they do not function as running lights, and brakes need to be bled, gave green light and parts ordered. Saturday the 10th texted service line asking if it would be possible to have them do the brakes, not do the inspection and I'd bring it back for them to do the mirrors/signals when the parts were in, text never was responded to. Called on Tuesday the 13th and was told mirrors came in and bike should be done the next day Called Wednesday the 14th and told bike was on the lift and being worked on. Showed up in person on the 16th and told bike was on the lift and being worked on and it should be done soon. Was called on Sat the 17th and told that wiring harness was defective and a new one would be rush ordered to replace it, it should be here by next Tuesday the 20th. Called Tuesday the 20th and Thursday the 22nd, both days was told part had not come in and they couldn't provide me with an estimate as to when it would be received. Called later on Thursday the 22nd, asking for service manager, told he was in a meeting and he'd call me back, later in the day my personal service rep called me back, and told me he'd contacted UPS and was told the part would be on the next days truck and they'd call me back when it was in. Received no call on Friday the 23rd. Saturday the 24th I call and ask how things are going, I'm told the parts came in yesterday, they have it on the lift and are working on it, it might be done today but could be the next day. Around closing time on the 24th I receive a call saying the mirrors are all set, but having to take the tank off to run the wiring, after putting it back together my fuel check valve is leaking(I had no fuel leaks before bringing it to them) so they need to get that replaced, they've ordered a new one and it should be in on Monday, they'll charge me for the part(which was not leaking before they touched it) but not for the labor. Picked up Tuesday the 27th, paying 1385$, and on delivery when I went to touch the throttle, there was nearly 90 degrees of throttle free play. After the person delivering bikes from the service dept brought out another bike I asked him what was up with it and he said it was as good as they could get it without it sticking because of the slack in the cable(I had it at a few degrees set when I dropped it off) I then had to adjust it in the lot to get it as good as I could without tools before driving it home, after paying 1385 for service that took 3 weeks. I will never bring my motorcycle here again for service, I will but parts from here only and that's only out of convenience. Even that I will try to order anything online that is possible, I do not want to give these people another cent. read more

It's over an hour for me to drive there so I wasn't going unless I knew a number and it took 3 DAYS just to get a price from them.
