North Hampton, NH location review Just found these folks because of their proximity to my husband's office - passed them daily. Needed work done on a 2010 MB that was a recent used car purchase from another small local dealer. Second time needing to be towed in the 6 weeks since purchased! First time was to the big MB dealer in southern NH which proved to be a lengthy, very expensive and mostly unsatisfying customer service experience. AlphaCars was the opposite. Immediately responsive, friendly, courteous - they even figured out how to work with a 3rd party warranty which can be very frustrating. Can't say enough about Blake who heads up service team. I've never bought a car from AlphaCars, but I have had body work done on two cars, a 2005 Subaru Legacy GT and a 2009 Nissan Pathfinder. Both jobs involved matching metallic paint and paintless dent removal (PDR). The work done on both cars was absolutely perfect. The results could not have been better. Both times the cars were disassembled - not just masked off. This means the work takes a while and is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. This is not a Maaco-type job. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: I recently had them work on my 1971 VW. The brake system probably hadn't been bled in 44 years. The bleeders were frozen solid. It was winter and I didn't feel like dealing with it. I took it to AlphaCars and they took the time to soak the bleeders over a weekend, free them up, bleed the system, and adjust the brakes. Everything was sufficiently made free and loose, and I can now easily adjust the brakes on my own. I paid a premium, but I got a premium result. I work on my own cars 99% of the time, but for tough (and annoying) jobs like this, I rely on AlphaCars. read more

Bottom line--a fantastic car buying experience. Their selling line, "Expect to be Impressed", really sums up the experience. Their used cars are top of the line, fully detailed and mechanically checked out. Their sales approach is no pressure, fact-based from true car experts. i was looking for a great condition, low mileage used VW Tiguan for a couple of months, found one here, and the whole experience was easy. They replaced the turbocharger under warranty before delivery, and after the purchase, Skip in their Service Department, replaced a battery in one the key fobs that was not working, and last week, repaired a slow leak in a tire that was caused by driving into a screw. I bought a 2015 Ural from this dealer because of their competitive pricing and financing options. It was a lot easier and not much more expensive for me to get the Ural shipped from Massachusetts to Michigan than to buy one from a closer dealer in Ohio. The Ural arrived in great shape, well sorted out - the sidecar was aligned correctly, most of the recalls were done. The problem with this dealer became apparent when I started reading experiences of others, and then when I needed parts replaced under warranty. With ~500km on the motorcycle, I had an indicator lens break off. UralNE did not want to cover it but offered for me to buy it from them. When I pushed back, I was told it did not fit the warranty criteria. With a bit more back and forth, they shipped me the lens, but I paid shipping. There was a recall/service update for the low fuel light - when I bought the motorcycle, UralNE did not have this light (LED) in stock, so it was not done. I requested the LED bulb and it was sent to me, no questions asked. Most recently when I requested a new fuel sensor, because the low fuel light still does not work, I was told they cannot send me this because it is not approved, but I must come in to them or another service center. When I contacted multiple other Ural dealers, no one questioned this and offered to send me the unit. read more

What an experience! Was looking for a first car for my daughter and bumped into a coverable VDub online. She like the pics so much that we drove well over an hour to go see it at Alpha.. I was expecting to wind up at some main st. used car lot that has credit for anyone, so boy was I surprised.. This place is awesome! I was like a kid in a candy store.. The dealership is gorgeous and loaded with cool and very unique inventory.. All that was great but the experience they created was incredible! Everyone there was awesome, and Marian made the transaction go smooth as silk, but I need to tip my hat to Fernando.. He went so far out of his way to make this special time exceptional for my daughter.. Far and away the most fun I have had buying a car; ever! We've been driving by AlphaCars for quite some time and the location and facilities along with the cars looked very impressive. We were in the hunt for a good quality used car and by chance, AlphaCars had what were looking for on their lot. We emailed them and they responded quickly. We spoke on the phone and they were very pleasant. We went in and were blown away by their friendliness, professional and positive attitude. The facilities were so neat, clean and appealing. Very, very different than any car dealership that we had experienced in the past. Within 36 hours, and after a great test drive, we purchased the vehicle. The process was simple, professional and they did everything to please my wife and I. We kept scratching our head asking ourselves is this real? The car was like brand new even though it was a 2006 vehicle. It only had 37,000 miles on it. The car was detailed and we took delivery. Alpha did everything for us, even getting a new owners manual for us and a second key. I can see where the reviews of this professional used car and services company are so high. We now feel the same. We set the bar very high for great customer service and alphacars exceeded our expectation. The owner came out to thank us, shake our hands and to tell us that they will do everything to make sure we have a great experience with the car over the long term. This looks like a great partnership for us where we feel that we will be treated fairly, professionally and with integrity and honesty. As a car guy I have always enjoyed looking at AlphaCars website to see what new and interesting cars they have in inventory. The other day a 5 Series BMW caught my eye, so I stopped in to "just take a quick look". The moment I walked through the door I knew I was in a special place where they appreciated good cars as much as I did. The show rooms are tastefully decorated with automotive memorabilia and you feel like you have crossed the pond and are in Europe. After a while I met Fernando and Olga. We started talking cars, not just specifications of the cars but talking about cars. There is a real passion for what they do. They not only know about the cars they are selling but are part of the car community and culture. After a very pleasant discussion I decided to buy the BMW. The process was smooth and easy. They did all of the running to the registry, got the car inspected and delivered the 2013 BMW looking like it just came out of the factory. AlphaCars is a real find.
