We had to contact West Elm to actually sort out what was going on and in the end they act like they are doing you a favor by figuring out how they screwed things up. If you do get anything delivered, I would definitely call once you get a delivery window and bug them to make sure that nothing funny is going on. This was for a $5000 purchase. One thing that does work is the system for taking your payment, getting said items, not so much.

I got a bit overwhelmed at one point and just tried to find my way back to the front of the store since this place is also 2 stories! Beautiful glass displays, teacups, mirrors, artwork, furniture - you name it! Some items were marked pretty high in price, but I did find some decently priced items as well. Staff were nothing special - not friendly or welcoming. I don't even think any of them said hello or asked if they could assist. Just a bunch of old men chatting away. Not sure if I would be back to The Antique Company, but it's worth checking out!

The owner even sold us leather conditioner because "Its important to take care of leather". Warranty claims were all denied because the couch falling apart is apparently considered normal wear and tear and not covered. Having a $2500 couch fall apart in two years is a scam. My advice, stick with stores that stand behind their products. I have sent messages back and forth with their manager...he makes no excuses for their VERY low quality products.
