Mancinis was very clean and welcoming, They had numerous brands and various firmness of each bed and pillow to go along with it. Nidal helped me locate and test each bed that fit my needs, he was easy to talk to and very helpful. I ended up spending more than I expected. However I felt very comfortable doing so, if I'm going to spend a quarter of my life on this thing I better enjoy it. I believe a purchase like this is when "you get what you pay for" comes in. If you're shopping for a mattress, STOP HERE and LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! These sales folks will tell you just about anything to make a sale. I laugh at all these reviews saying how "great" the service is. Sure, it's great, until something's wrong, then you're SOL. They told my mom there's a 1 year return policy if she doesn't like the mattress. Fast forward 6-7 months, the mattress sucked. Her back hurts from sleeping on it, she wanted a firm bed, and well this mattress wasn't it. She went back a few times to tell them, they even had someone go to their house for an evaluation, which they said "nothing" was wrong with it. It was just a crappy mattress and she made a bad decision based off of their "great customer sales pitch". Well, their 1 year return policy was actually 120 days and she missed the window. The guy got so agitated with her (that "great customer service" they're so known for, well, that went out the window FAST!) Bottom line, they sold us a crappy mattress. We should have made sure on paper the return policy instead of taking their word on it. My in-laws had a similar issue with their mattress they brought elsewhere. Needless to say, they got theirs replaced. We made a bad decision and now we're paying for it. You shouldn't have to! read more

This place is terrible! I don't recommend anyone to buy from this location! I tried contacting Randy Mancini at corporate numerous of times and my calls were never returned. After spending several thousand dollars on two mattresses, it's extremely frustrating when a solution that was recommended after their screwup fails ...So after several months of our bed separating from one another I decided to write this post. We were told numerous times by the sales team the bed frame/box that allows your bed to be adjusted in different positions would fit in our bedroom upstairs. We took photos and made videos leading to our bedroom upstairs to show the determined salesman that his suggestion was not accurate. He continued to insist that it would fit. The delivery team came multiple times and warned us that our bedframe wasn't going to fit upstairs. Since the box frame that allows the bed to be adjusted in multiple positions didn't fit in our bedroom he suggested for us to get a regular box frame. Which defeats the purpose on getting two separate mattresses. Every time I see a Mancini commercial I get reminded of our terrible experience that we continue to experience every day. Each evening when I checked on my little boy, I noticed he kept changing sleep positions, tossing and turning like an acrobat with mornings becoming challenging: I had to rouse him out of bed most days. It wasn't growing pains: It was time to replace and upgrade his mattress. This is a very mixed review. In late December 2020 we bought a $6000.00 Tempur-Pedic® king mattress at this store. We were served by Alex, who had the sniffles that day, and we interacted for about an hour - sometimes rather closely (for example, at the front counter). A week later the mattress delivery hit a snag and I called Alex on his cell phone; much to my surprise he sounded AWFUL - said he'd caught COVID-19 and was off work, at home, and that other employees he'd had contact with had been kept off work, also in quarantine. This is how we found out that my wife and I had been obviously exposed to COVID during our purchase. Nobody from the store ever had the courtesy to notify us. Per Alex's advice, we got COVID tested soon after. We came back negative, BUT still... no call? Pretty low in my book. Next item: in addition to our $6K mattress, we purchased 2 king-size Tempur-Pedic® pillows... one medium loft and the other a softer loft. While they're admittedly comfortable, my issue with them is their appearance. They're so darn small they literally swim around inside our standard king-sized linen pillowcases. I mean they look like standard sized pillows inside king pillowcases. This is VERY annoying. My primary issue in all of this? Somebody at Mancini should have called us about their employee with COVID. The secondary issue: both Tempur-Pedic® pillow's are physically much smaller that their respective cousins in common king-sized pillows. They look awful. read more

He is knowledgeable about all the products there, listened to what I wanted and showed me a couple options, pretty straightforward, process, but he is super sweet, and I knew what I wanted going in. When I came in the store, there was another couple there who needed some extra attention and he was super patient and answered all their questions while also making sure to check on me. He made sure I had everything I needed, mattress protector, ect, but didn't try to upsell in an obnoxious way. I really appreciated that! And it did help me remember I needed a metal frame. I bought a mattress last week and the sales person said they had a promotional deal for 0% financing for 2 years. So I said ok and filled out the paperwork. This was on Saturday, on Wednesday they delivered my mattress and the delivery guy said I had to pay full amount because the order was COD. I told him I was doing the 0%financing and he said there was no record. We called the showroom and the sales person was not there and no one could find the paperwork so I ended up using my credit card so I could keep the mattress. No one in the showroom tried to help me so I was afraid they might finance the payment even though they said there was no record of anything, A few days later I received a credit card from Synchronicity in my name and Mancini Sleepworld. This was after I was told this did not go through. I once again called the showroom and was told to just close the card. When I called corporate I talked to Kim (no lady name) and she said she would do some research and get back to me. She called back and said there was nothing she could do and I should just use the card 29% interest! Or close the account. I told her the sales person shouldn't make any money on this sale and they should give me a check in this amount for my trouble. She said no that would not work, but I could talk to someone in customer service, I would never shop there again or trust anyone who works there. Very shady. read more

It was a special time in the Crawford house - no more crib, time to buy a big girl bed! I picked Mancini's because of the amazing reviews and I love the fact they are a Bay Area, family run business. We came in with our almost three-year-old early on a Saturday. The manager, Robert B. was amazing! He took the time to show us several options. I was especially impressed with Robert's knowledge of what's right for young children's spin development. The whole experience took 30 minutes with perfect customer service.
