They shave black truffle directly on the steak when it's served, which adds such a nice richness. The sauce is also one of the better sauces I've had on a steak. It was so tempting to want to lick the plate! It was a cooked to a perfect medium rare and so tender. It's been a long time since I was really blown away by a great steak, but this just hit the mark in every way. The Brussels sprouts were great, but there was something in the dish that was a bit odd - almost like wasabi or something. It wasn't bad, it just had a kick that I wasn't expecting and made me cough a little bit. The potatoes were creamy and buttery but I did think the Brie flavour wasn't coming through enough. Maybe because all the other flavours on my plate were pretty strong. I didn't try the tuna but it looked beautiful and apparently tasted just as good. We finished off with a couple of desserts: the beehive pavlova and the crème brûlée, the latter being my typical go-to dessert.
