Oscar was so professional and efficient with the time and executed perfectly 1000% all of my clothes were perfectly folded , which some other places will half do it or not put the socks together! Not this place!!! My laundry was brought to my door and picked up right at more door! He had his mask on and followed all of the COVID rules and in general was just so sweet and professional! Mandys was a lifesaver for us!! Our new place was infested with biting mites, and we had to schedule a last minute extermination. I used them once so far and I will be using them again. The only complaint I have is that they gave me two different pick up times and both were wrong. My clothes weren't ready till the following day. I understand they are busy but I would had liked a day It would be ready or a call letting me know my clothes aren't goin to be ready till the next day. Other than that, highly recommend them and will be using them weekly. Inexpensive and Oscar is very helpful. read more

Not the cheapest washes ever but the machines are so clean!! I'm sensitive to fragrance and dyes in other people's wash that can linger into mine if the machine isn't clean. So I come here to avoid that :) some of the dryers don't close fully but they too are pretty clean and always work for me. Plus the vibe is usually pretty nice. Just don't all come on the day I come and suddenly make it crowded! Haha but yes lovely place just around the corner from me :) read more

One area is just workers drying what looks like hospital and hotel bed sheets. The new owner should consider making this Place into a factory. Out of our house bc of a water leak and jumping from AirBNB to AirBNB and accidentally booked one with no water/dryer. We had our big family over for the weekend and all towels got used and we will be in the house for the next three weeks. Since I'm not one to sit in a laundromat for a few hours on my weekends, I yelped laundry services and Mandy's replied right away with availability to pick up three bags of heavy towels by 1pm with a guaranteed delivery the next day by 1pm. And they did just that!!! It's wonderful when a business actually does what they say they are going to do. The driver was great, the customer service was perfect and the service was a lifesaver. I threw in a couple of button shirts and a dress and was pleasantly surprised to see them returned on hangers and a plastic cover; way to go the extra mile!! Wow wow wow!!!! Not gonna lie I was real sketchy about someone else washing my Clothes but This place is a game changer. The only problem I have is the fact that I didn't discover them sooner. Super convenient, fast and assertive. The customer service was phenomenal! I've never seen my clothes so freaking clean. They smelled soooooo fresh! My favorite part has to be the way that they folded the clothes and wrapped them with plastic!! MY GOD!!! I could never fold clothes that well even if my life depended on it. There wasn't a wrinkle in site. It was as if they pressed them then folded them. Whatever they did PLEASE DONT EVER STOP! The service is very well priced and I even threw in a extra tip. if I could rate less for their customer service I would. As a first time user of this Laundry Delivery service, I called and spoke to a lady that did a phone consultation, Her quote mentioned that I should expect to be charged maximum $40 dollars for 3 bags of laundry. I told her I was very nervous to use their service and the lady told me to try it out that it would save me time and money. They NEVER asked me how much the bags weighted and instead of charging me $40, they swiped my card on file for $115.63, without even telling me. $115.63 for 3 regular sized bags of laundry. They didn't event consult me to see if I wanted to cancel the service due to being quoted $40 to sign up, and mind you, I live less than a mile from them, so I could have gone and picked up my laundry if I had been notified prior to charging me that the total was going to be $115 DOLLARS, money I need for rent and my expenses. They caught me off guard with that charge. When I brought it up to the management on the day of the delivery, they offered me a $5 dollar coupon for my next use. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! I called my bank and they declined my request for a refund for the remainder of what they had not quoted me on which is $75. and to add, They didn't even show up to the delivery on time, one hour late and had the audacity to not do right by a first time customer. If they would have respected my first time customer experience and if they would had offered me better customer service, I would have given them another chance. BUT NO, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DUE RIGHT BY THEIR CUSTOMERS DESPITE THEM BEING AT FAULT. BEWARE! read more

i just moved into a new apartment and had piles of laundry that needed to get done. the process was extremely easy. i set a time frame for my clothes to get picked up and another when they would get dropped off. there was a delay to drop off because of vehicle problems that they were having but oscar was quick to let me know, and got my clothes to me when it was convenient for me the next day. my clothes looked and smelled amazing, and i love how they were delivered in sanitized wrapping. amazing customer service and quality work, i will definitely use this service again. read more
