Where I was going before (the same salon she was at) I felt like my services were rushed. Even when I expressed what I was trying to get to. Marissa listened and understood in no time at all what I was trying to do and gave me a realistic expectation of how long it will take to get there. In one session she bleached/lifted my hair to the GODS in one appointment which would have taken 3-5 in the previous salon. I have my upcoming 3rd appointment this next month and I am BEYOND excited. She's so helpful and loves educating when asked about hair issue/concerns, which I tend to ask A LOT. Tamara was also open to my ideas and then shared her suggestions to remove hot pink dye from my hair and make it more manageable. The process was super lengthy, but Tamara was great to talk to and she explained what she was doing every step of the way.
