The overall look of the salon was clean and nice but this specific person's work station was dusty and full of hair like they didn't clean it for a long time. Approximately 6 days later Harmony states "After further consideration we are not a good fit". The issue is that I had cancelled an appointment with another stylist to book with her. So I loss my appointment and deposits and no explanation of what changed from my consult to setting my establishment appointment. She has really good work from what I can see but it would have been nice for her to be upfront from the start.
