I noticed she had availability later that same day, so I was able to schedule an appointment for 1:45 p.m. Even though I was worried I had waited too long to book and wasn't giving her much notice, she promptly confirmed my appointment and reassured me to still come in. From the moment I arrived, Robin was so warm, personable, and welcoming. As a mom, I especially appreciated that she was completely understanding about me bringing my 4 1/2-year-old with me. She even offered her a comfortable space to sit and wait while I had my hair done, which meant so much to me. The salon alone was so cute and lively as you can tell they are obviously popular (why wouldn't they be) and I just felt so comfortable there. Not to mention, they have the cutest little coffee/drink bar that is open to all clients for those longer sessions. I will definitely be coming back ;)
