I'm happy to say Katelyn really gave me great service. She is very relaxing, very present. She communicates and listens really really well. I'm wearing a beautiful mane of silky tresses that had winter snarls eating my ends. And I've grown out my hair for 4 years. Lots of gray, silver, and some gold and ashy blonde woven into my hair now. It's mostly my hair. It's been looking dull and the tangles were ruining my ease of daily hair life. She cut off the exact amount needed before shampoo and I was relaxed at the sink. Water temp was perfect, neck didn't hurt. My hair is so soft and my color, without any treatment, already looks way better to me!! My final rave of appreciation for Katelyn's skills is that she followed me on everything I discussed. She explained the logic behind the simple cut now (growing bangs out) and going for the layers I'm looking for later. A+++! And she understood the touch of color, or more complex color ideas and we were in sync on what's next. The Consultation was really the best I can recall. She feels like she could do her magic in her sleep. She's very comfortable with what she does and she does it well.

She cuts, colors, and highlights my hair, and I've been extremely happy with what she does every time.
