I don't even know where to start here. This was just a bizarre experience overall. The outside of…read morethe restaurant looked nice, but the inside where we were seated wasn't anything particularly memorable. One of the best parts of the dinner was that the restaurant had a cancellation, so we were able to move to a much more spacious table. The menu looked good, but it was definitely on the pricey side for the amount of food served. We also have a pet peeve when dining Italian , we feel a restaurant should at least provide bread. Here, you have to pay for it. They do give you olives, cheese, and Italian cookies. I ate the olives, which were okay. My husband ate the rest and, when I asked if he liked it, his response was basically, "It's okay." There were quite a few specials that the waiter went through with us. Personally, I think it would be more helpful if the specials were written down somewhere so you could actually read them and decide what interested you. I have a special diet, so I ordered the shrimp cocktail and sea bass. The shrimp cocktail was good, and I really liked the cocktail sauce. The sea bass was also good, but the portion was very small and there were very limited sides. My husband's pasta and Caesar salad were also good, but again, the portions were on the small side, especially considering the prices. At one point during dinner, the chef came over and told us we had to try the octopus, while the waiter was also showing the specials on a plate. Honestly, the whole thing started to feel more like a sales pitch than a dining experience. It felt very staged, and I didn't really enjoy that part of the evening. I gave the restaurant a generous 3 stars because I do think it could be very good with a few changes. Unfortunately, after I mentioned that I was still hungry, it became a whole thing that made me uncomfortable. Then, to top it off, there was a glitch and our OpenTable reservation was cancelled, and it still hasn't been corrected. Overall, I probably wouldn't go back. I do wish them the best of luck and hope they take some of this feedback into consideration.

They also gave us a limoncello shot! Enjoyed absolutely everything!! It's byob which is a terrific option. All the employees were extremely helpful and we also got to meet the owner/chef. The veal Valdostana was somewhat tough, and when I asked for whipped garlic potatoes as opposed to the roasted potatoes, I was still served the roasted potatoes. I did mention it to the server and was brought a side order of the whipped garlic potatoes which was appreciated. What ruined the evening was a table of individuals who were exceptionally loud. They were obviously overly intoxicated and in any other establishment would have been quieted or asked to leave, but the management just allowed their behavior continue to the consternation of other diners. It is for this reason that I am sure it will be a long time before I ever visit this establishment again.

We started with the scallops with risotto as an appetizer. I'm not a huge fan of scallops, but my wife really enjoys them, and she thought they were excellent. For dinner, she had the crab cakes with shrimp, while I went with the special, which was halibut topped with crab. Both dishes were absolutely delicious and prepared perfectly. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Tisha. We'll definitely be back!

I also ordered a bottle of their house wine, and it was excellent. It was served nicely chilled with just the right amount of sweetness, making it the perfect pairing for my meal. The flavors complemented the gnocchi beautifully and made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. The sauce was fresh, light, and earthy, and I loved the addition of the pine nuts, which added a subtle crunch. I'm usually not a fan of mixing different textures in a dish, but everything came together so well that it completely changed my mind. The shrimp were cooked perfectly--tender, juicy, and full of flavor. My daughter ordered the seafood pasta, and she loved it as well. The seafood was fresh, the pasta was cooked perfectly, and the flavors blended together wonderfully. We both left our plates nearly empty because everything was just that good. We were seated outside, and the atmosphere couldn't have been better. The weather was beautiful, there was a nice breeze, and it made for such a relaxing dining experience. To top it all off, the woman who took our order was absolutely wonderful. She was funny, energetic, and incredibly kind, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Between the amazing food, delicious wine, beautiful outdoor seating, and exceptional service, this was easily one of my favorite dining experiences. I would happily return again and again.

Reservations are a must and don't forget to BYOB. The vibes are quaint with a very small indoor dining room and an outdoor patio that's a bit larger. I'm really glad we requested a table outside, because the patio was so nice on a warm summer evening. What we ate -- started things off with mozzarella and heirloom tomato salad (on special) and kale cesar. All produce is sourced locally from Beach Plum Farm and both dishes were fab. For our main we shared crab cakes and scallops. Both were so fresh and came with a large portion. Every entree comes with brown rice and house cabbage slaw. Reviews will mention that this is pretty plain, but with the fresh seafood and dipping sauces it's really the perfect accompaniment. The scallops came with a delicious sweet ginger sauce and the crab cakes came with a creamy lemony tartar sauce. The decor is fun and kitschy and the inflatable whale in the bathroom tub made me laugh. Don't forget to grab a chocolate bar at the Louisa's chocolate shop which is adjacent to the restaurant. I'll be thinking about this meal for a while.
