This was, without a doubt, the best gnocchi I've ever had! It was perfectly cooked--soft, pillowy,…read moreand full of flavor. Every bite was comforting and delicious. I also ordered a bottle of their house wine, and it was excellent. It was served nicely chilled with just the right amount of sweetness, making it the perfect pairing for my meal. The flavors complemented the gnocchi beautifully and made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. The sauce was fresh, light, and earthy, and I loved the addition of the pine nuts, which added a subtle crunch. I'm usually not a fan of mixing different textures in a dish, but everything came together so well that it completely changed my mind. The shrimp were cooked perfectly--tender, juicy, and full of flavor. My daughter ordered the seafood pasta, and she loved it as well. The seafood was fresh, the pasta was cooked perfectly, and the flavors blended together wonderfully. We both left our plates nearly empty because everything was just that good. We were seated outside, and the atmosphere couldn't have been better. The weather was beautiful, there was a nice breeze, and it made for such a relaxing dining experience. To top it all off, the woman who took our order was absolutely wonderful. She was funny, energetic, and incredibly kind, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Between the amazing food, delicious wine, beautiful outdoor seating, and exceptional service, this was easily one of my favorite dining experiences. I would happily return again and again.

It was OK but we were right by the door to the patio, which was frequently opened and closed. Our server, Laura was fantastic. She did a great job all night for us. Started with delicious clam chowder, fried oysters, and the Kale Caesar salad. We really didn't enjoy the kale salad, but the other two were great. The seafood risotto was great as usual, as was the pescatore special and the scallop risotto appetizer (had for an entrée). The scallops Sambuca special was OK but the sauce was too sweet for me. No dessert tonight.

Have not been here for a long time. Wish I hadn't waited so long to go back. That won't happen…read moreagain. Went with a friend. I had the Thai peanut cold noodle salad for starters. She had the farm fresh salad. Both flavorful. Entree for me, 2 sautéed soft shell crab special. Don't knock them until you've tried. I am a huge fan and these did not disappoint! Cooked perfectly with a nice crunch to the shell. I will not eat if battered and fried. Scallops for my friend. We shared the dark chocolate salted Carmel bread pudding. Flavor was more of a gingerbread Then chocolate and definitely not dark chocolate. Could have used a hint more of the sea salt. Over all not bad. Just not as advertised. Highly suggest reservations as far out as possible. Small intimate spaces.

Hard to believe this place has been in business for over 40 years. Worst food I've had out in a…read morelong time. My fellow reviewers mentioning the tasteless cabbage and brown rice sides are depressingly accurate. Even the scallops didn't taste like much. I was truly shocked they had the audacity to charge $36 for their plates. Additionally, we were packed in there like sardines, basically touching elbows with the customers next to us. Not sure why anyone would enjoy this sort of cramped and loud atmosphere. I have nothing bad to say about the service, but if I'm paying such a premium for a meal that I could've prepared much better (even as a complete amateur), that's not going to move the needle into "could've been better" territory. It was just insultingly bad for the price. They are clearly just coasting off of their reputation as a local staple. We had a drink at the corner bar nearby beforehand and I caught a glimpse at some of their food. Wish we had just stayed and had our meal there. Just because you label yourself "farm to table" doesn't mean you can get away with your food tasting like fodder.
