Happy Opening Day 2026, Mack's! Our favorite pizza in the Wildwoods. We went for their opening weekend and as usual, never disappoints. Great pizza and ambiance. Staff is friendly. Customers leave satisfied here. Can't ask for much more. I hope you have a great season and we'll see you soon!

Dave Portnoy got this one wrong. It's the best on the Wildwood boardwalk - bar none. Also, great service as always.

I'm a bit torn. I love this Wildwood boardwalk pizza. Today I ordered and the older lady touched my slice with the same Hands she was touching the money. No gloves or washing. Hubby usually orders for me. I'll need to investigate and tell the manager. Not sure if it was a one time or regular thing. I'll Try Again

Greasiest pizza I've ever had. Not a fan.

Why people go nuts over Mack's Pizza is puzzling to me but to each their own I guess. The look of the slice is about the best thing I can say about this pizza. The slices are small and $3 each. The cheese is a mix of white cheddar and mozzarella. The crust is thin but not really crispy. You will need a lot of napkins to eat a slice because the oil actually pours off of it making a hand washing a must when you're done eating. The staff are also unfriendly. Oh, and the spices (garlic, crushed red, garlic, oregano) that are on the counters and tables are the Walmart brand "Great Value". Every few years I'll walk by and give them another shot and it seems nothing has changed. Hard pass for me.

We got the suggestion to come here from someone who docks their boat in the marina by the shore. I always like to get the opinion of people who actually live in the area to see where the good food is and the locals will go to for their food. We got there right when they were about to close. And I think that they closed early because when we were at the shore was after Labor Day so a lot of the shops didn't stay open as late as they usually did during high tourist season. But I was happy that they let us in, let us sit down and eat it, and let me use the bathroom. The bathroom was definitely key. They had some seats on the outside and a lot of seating on the inside. I will say that out of all of the pizza that we tried during our vacation this one really was number one for me. It's the crispy crispy crust that got me hooked. I like a nice crisp crust so your pizza doesn't get that soggy feel to it. I hate it when a slice droops. And I know you know what I mean by droopy pizza. I got a slice of sausage, my partner got pepperoni, and our daughter got cheese. All three of us devoured our slices. We were happy that we finally got to try it since the day before we got there too late. The pizza was super good and the people who were in the restaurant all had great things to say about their experiences. So try it out!

**CASH ONLY** Grabbed a couple slices at the window. Service was quick and affordable. The female server was sweet and swift. Can't go wrong with a greasy slice of plain (my favorite). My boyfriend whose never had jersey pizza likes the specialty white broccoli.

I Wish that I Could give Mack's Pizza infinity stars. They are My "Go To" Down the shore Pizza, But More Over...This Place revolves around Family! From the moment I was born, my Dad took me Here! Both locations are Fantastic and Consistent. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Mack's has the fresh and delicious flavors that satisfy any pizza cravings that anyone may have and toppings galore where they are overloaded on each slice. I wish we lived closer. During the spring and summer, We try to eat our fill of delicious pizza. #MacksForever

Way better than Sam's but these guys need to slow down on their pizza output. The under carriage was way too undercooked and chewy.

As I walked in I noticed they did an amazing job of putting bunch of table together, making a giant row for all of our party to sit together. Inside of the restaurant seemed nice. Their menu had a wide range of Italian dishes including small plates, salads, sandwiches, pizzas and entrees from land and sea. From plates I got to try the zucchini fritters and polpo affogato (grilled octopus), both were excellent. Among pizzas, I tried the four cheese, the fig, the truffle and the Margherita. All their pizzas were so good, loved the toppings and the crust. Among the entrees, Bronzino oreganato, linguini and clams, chicken parmesan pasta were also really top notch. Despite the restaurant being house full, the staff members did an excellent job of keeping up with the tables. Our server was a pro, handled all different orders and requests of 18 people efficiently. The kitchen also kept up with all the dishes, though it took them some extra time but all the pizzas and dishes were cooked perfectly. There was a 3% fee for using credit card. But overall everyone in our group had a wonderful dinner experience.

For today's order, I opted for the pizza of the month special and it certainly did not disappoint and was made with Pepperoni whipped ricotta basil and mikes hot honey. Never again! I…read moreshould have been tipped off to what fortune awaited us when there was not one other customer in the place at twelve noon, on a Saturday, in the summer. Ordered a dozen garlic Parmesan wings, two personal "pizzas", one regular & the other white. Let's start with the wings. Absolutely no flavor, which will be a recurring theme. All they did was sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the wings. To be fair, they were crispy, but again, the breading tasted like cooking oil. Drowning the wing in ranch dressing was the only way to make it palatable. Twenty five minutes later the "pizzas" arrived. The white pie was barely edible. Literally just burnt mozzarella cheese on a thin, hard, favor-less crust. Maybe the garlic & spice delivery truck didn't come this week? Their regular pie definitely was an improvement over the white, but nothing to write home about. No joke, you can make a better tasting pizza at home using only three items from Costco...stone flat bread, mozzarella cheese, & Mama Rao's sauce. I will acknowledge that the place was clean & the young lady working the counter was attentive. They also do have free refills on fountain drinks, so there's that. Overall, the fact that this place is a franchise boggles my mind. Like, how to did someone get hoodwinked into thinking this was a wise long term investment opportunity? I wish this place luck, but let's be honest, it won't be here the next time I am in Wildwood.
