You go in, place your order, and wait to be called to pick up. They have speakers outside so you can grab a table while you wait. The menu is very latin, cachapas, arepas, chicharron, tacos, tostones... but they also have burgers and hotdogs. I had the Cheese Cachapa with chicken, and chicharron. The Chicharron was perfectly fried and, and the cachapa was delicious, especially with the nata sauce. Portions are generous so we had leftovers. Service is informal, don't expect a warm and friendly welcome, think more fast-food personality, but they get the job done. So, a great place for a quick stop with good food.

The owner told me he will also serve dinner in the Shell Gas station on 117th and Kendall, where Ale House is, once he gets a generator to power his lights on his truck.
