Walked in last night and the girls were busy but we were greeted right away and waited our turn. One of the girls was nice and didn't talk much but the other girl was working and customer servicing everyone. From what I could see, the girls were communicating and working very well together as far as seeing what other orders needed to be made and who need led to be helped next. Monique was awesome! She upsold and made delicious recommendations, not only to my husband and I, but to the other customers as well. We were all helped in a timely manner and after everyone was taken care of she went around cleaning up the tables and checked on all the guests. There was just something about her that is very genuine and caring. As a business owner, I really appreciated the service she provided. I will definitely be coming back to this location. read more

My first time in here at the ceres location. Empty when I walked in and there was two girls in there. It was like 630pm today which is Tuesday April 11th 2023. Both young girls with dark hair literally gave simple answers and did not greet at all. They were busy talking upon themselves. I asked them about an item "it's okay". I had a very odd experience at the Floyd Ave location in Modesto so decided to try here instead since I was in the area. This location was VERY busy around 4:30 today. You can tell the employees were trying their best. It took me about 10 minutes for my turn. I order one large Watermelon Passionfruit Agua Fresca. It was very good and I liked the pieces of fruit at the bottom! The employee gave me my drink but- I did have to wait again about 5 minutes to pay for my order so I could leave. I would recommend going only if you are NOT in a hurry. I will return here in the future for sure. read more

I usually go to the one on Kansas but when I heard that there was a Mango Crazy in Ceres I was excited to try there new location. The inside of the store to the sign and logo was very attention grabbing. The menu looked very appetizing. like the one on Kansas I was expecting the same wonderful customer service but I was mistaken. As an employee you should show pride and at least try and act like you want to work there but that was not the case with the employees. I usually visit the Kansas location and food and snacks are always amazing. I hope the Ceres location ups their game. Employees continuing to have conversations while using cuss words. Which fine not such a big deal for my self but I ordered a 50/50 and only get mango. Fine as well I guess but when then mango is mushy and tastes like it was cut on a dirty cut board that's definitely not fine. They didn't put any tapatío or lime on it or anything just a dash of chamoy. I'd rather drive to la michocana plus on crows landing and get a cheaper mangonada with more items and fresher stuff than continue to pay 8$ for some mediocre tasting snacks.
