But when I got my drink( watermelon strawberry swirl with ADDED yogurt and vitamins) my drink had absolutely no flavor and was mostly all big chunks of ice,fruit or something. I ordered a smoothie from the app. It was picked up at 6pm and the driver went all around Modesto delivering other orders. After 51 minutes it finally got delivered and of course since it's a frozen smoothie it's melted and the ingredients are separated. Not drinking this. Terrible experience. The store workers did nothing wrong however if I am purchasing from Jamba they also are responsible for it getting to me in a decent time frame especially since it's frozen. After an employee helped us place our free birthday smoothie we wait for 10+ minutes just for the "manager" to yell across the room "Do you guys need help or something?" I've ordered a cheddar twist 3 times and every time Keanu doesn't warm it up the proper amount of time. I know this because when other Jamba employees warm it up it's done correctly. The manager needs to tell him how long it needs to be warmed up. Jamba Juice has a new rewards program and this is the first time I've been able to get a free small smoothie for my birthday in quite a few years. It's convenient that you just put your phone number in the little separate keypad every time you buy something. This location seemed to be well-staffed the day I visited. There were a lot of customers in the store so it was nice not having to wait too long for my drink. If you're not into smoothies then they do have a few food items like oatmeal and breads as well as plain fresh juices such as orange juice and carrot juice. I also like that they've been using recyclable plastic cups instead of the foam cups. I'm not sure if they have a receptacle for recycling the plastic cups though. read more

This location needs to change their name to Jamba Smoothie. Do not come here if you are going to order one of their juice drinks. About 2 months ago I stopped at this location at 7pm to order a orange carrot twist juice and the employee told me that they had already cleaned the machine for the day because they were closing soon. Keep in mind they close at 8:30pm, but I was understanding and ordered a smoothie. Fast forward to two weeks ago I got there at 6pm tried to order the same drink and I was told they were "out" so again I just ordered a smoothie. Today I stopped there at 2pm ordered the same juice drink and hallelujah I paid for it, excited to finally satisfy my craving! Tragically the employee calls my name and tells me their machine had JUST broke. Awe darn I had to go with a smoothie. The cherry on top was when I got up their chair seat fell off because it wasn't screwed on breaking everyone's necks because of the loud noise. He even threw in the token "she's pregnant" chip. I had to wait for a total of FOUR people to receive their smoothies before I got my watered down, tasteless $7 juice. I can deal with the drink not being that great, even for the outrageous price, but I cannot deal with poor customer service. Especially if the staff will so obviously prioritize customer drinks based on who they'd rather see naked. It's just unprofessional. However, there was a manger a few years back that wasn't very nice but I haven't had any run ins with her lately. I went in Saturday morning to use a buy one get one free fundraiser gift card I had purchased and the young lady who helped me was very friendly and accommodating. She helped me figure out the card and make adjustments to my order based on my preferences and needs. Her name was Yessenia, I believe. Five stars girl, you're awesome. All of the employees were very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the chunky strawberry bowl and the mango chili smoothie, both were delicious.
