The desserts here are good. I ordered for take out but I was a bit disappointed when I got texted that my order was ready. I waited by the takeout area and I was ignored by all staff. I knew they were busy but a simple acknowledgment or asking if I've been helped would have been nice. The staff acknowledged everyone else but me who came for their takeout. I decided to take my takeout bag and drink and realized that there were no utensils inside the bag. I came back inside to grab utensils and same experience happened where I was ignored by all staff. This place was a disappointment, too bad the actual desserts were good except the ube frappe hard pass, but the customer service was HORRIBLE! I would never come back here ever again because of the customer service I notice the workers will haggle the customers dining in until they finish so other people can sit in their spot making it an un-joyable experience. I was standing by the wall not in anyone's way by another set of customers waiting for our to go orders and they only asked me to go outside and wait but not them.... Weird. They need a lesson in customer service because it is not it, coming from someone who works in customer service. Fyi this place is small so keep that in mind. read more

Upon entry, you are greeted to an aesthetic ambience of soft pink and floral tones. What you are also greeted with, however, is a confusing method of operations where ordering to go or dining in is not made clear unless a staff member is present to inquire from. An uncomfortable line ends up forming in-between the array of tables as there is no stanchions to form queues to the ordering area. Once you do get to the cashier, you have to be really lucky to get any of your first-choice menu items. They seem to be out of things very often, especially seeing what other reviews have mentioned. It was the same experience for me, having to forego two items I wanted before settling on what was actually still available. When asking about whether their drinks contained a certain ingredient, I was met with utter confusion. I decided to just not get one because it was apparent the cashier did not know too much about what's in their drinks. The caveat to all this, however, was that their dessert treats were pretty spectacular, especially the crepe cakes. What needs to be improved on here is further staff training on what they put into their drinks so they are empowered with the knowledge to succeed in properly informing customers, and better organization for line queues and seating. Perhaps they could also benefit from having a white board near the cashier to show guests immediately what they are out of so people can know ahead of time. read more

Took the family here and everyone enjoyed the drinks and the waffle desert. The mango is sooooo good and the drinks are not too sweet and sugary. A perfect balance. The cantaloupe drink was the most surprising- it tasted so fresh! Musang durian crepe is just as expected- strong durian taste which I personally love. Ube frapp is unlike any other frapp I have tried it is so creamy almost like ice cream but not. The waffle smell permeates the whole place and makes it so comforting. Will keep coming back! We ordered online and went to pick up, order was not ready yet when we got there. The place was packed, kind of glad that we ordered online. Google said they close at 10 PM. I went there and "OPEN" sign was on and there were people inside. I tried ordering at 9:35 PM and I was told they are not taking any orders. I ended up going to Kung Fu Tea next door instead. They had top notch service. They close at 10 PM. I went inside at 9:40 and they still took my order. The 1 star is due to service - stood there for 10 mins because the person infront of us couldn't decide what they wanted and the other cashier didn't offer to help the rest of us.
