I couldn't help but notice jackfruit patties too, and got two of those. Once I got to my parents' to drop everything off, we were all so pleased upon our first sips. And those patties blew me away. I've had my share of vegan patties, ranging from ackee to vegan fish to jerk plantain... but jackfruit was something else. I cannot wait to return and get more. Playa Bowls had a 250 bonus points promotion going on that 4th of July weekend. Staff at the College Park location was very friendly, at least on par with my experiences at Burtonsville. I always never know what I'm getting whenever I go. I remembered to look at their seasonal specialty bowls, but neither terribly appealed to me.
