Having a number of errands that weekend and likely not having many meals at home that week, I told them that I'd be by the following week and confirmed they'd be there. I noticed the best by date on the jar and had this to accompany my dinner about a week later. It was delicious and the crunchy veggies gave this a texture that I don't normally find in other versions of this. It was also not overly acidic and tart. I will stop by this stand this morning and likely get another gazpacho while exploring their other offerings.

I ended up purchasing the Tropical Kefir and Blood Probiotic Yogi Tonics, since both are designed to promote gut health and tasted sweet and refreshing. The juices were on the pricey side - each juice cost $12 - but each bottle contains about two servings. I imagine that a full juice cleanse would be quite expensive, but hopefully I can enjoy these on occasion to keep my gut healthy. My bowl was great and everything tasted fresh and not overly sweet like other acai bowls I've had. I'm also curious in trying their wraps and grain bowls too since they all sound delicious. One small thing we noticed is that they created two of the same bowls but we had each ordered different ones. It wasn't a huge deal since none of us had any particular allergies but make sure to check and see that you got the correct order. Also, it's not Terra's fault but unfortunately, we could smell cigarettes from anyone smoking outside as it seemed to come through some air vents?
