I went to smoke shop tobuy a lighter, I found one I liked and bought it, it was $19.99. It was more then I wanted to pay, unfortunately the next day it wouldn't light. So I went back a day later and told the guy what happened and I wanted to exchange for another. He said NO, for $20.00 yes I asked for another NO he said. I said I wanted the number to the owner he said NO. Ok call him I want to talk to him, he called him but I never spoke to him. In his native language. Then he gave me another lighter. But the real kicker is he put my old lighter back for sale!! WTF. He was very rude to me from the start. One is very kind and generally a pleasure to talk to. The other is a crook who raises the prices on every single item, every single time. Worst smoke shop on earth. Sold me a counterfeit Sharpstone and after I realized it, I came back to get my money back. The owner would not speak to me personally and instead had the employees deal with me. There was no refund sign clearly posted at the register. When asked about the refund sign the employee pointed to the upper right hand corner of the ceiling behind some plastic case. You couldn't clearly see the full sign. California states law states the sign must be in front of the store when you walk in or in front of the registers, where it is clearly visible. Once I called them out about the sign they moved the sign in front of the register but still have not been refunded. I would never recommend this place even if it was the last shop on Earth. Sells counterfeit items and not a trustworthy place. read more

Nah cause like dont get me wrong they have everything the pipes are cool but dont get any vapes every single one i have tried was a dud they die within 10 hits i got a bang xxl mango guava and it died right away i didnt have time to go back the same day to let them know so i went in the next day i let them know and a guy next to me said the same thing happened to him. Im assuming the owner of the store was the one that helped me when i returned & told me he can give me a new one for half the price. I understand its not their fault its the factories fault but why did i have to pay again ;( he says since he didnt see it happen he cant guarantee so i got a different flavor and same thing happened. I just spent over $50 here and tried to spend more but dude behind the counter was a total dick. Creep alert!!! The guy helping me felt it necessary to continue to touch me on my arm and back. Came in to get a torch. The one he suggested seemed nice, although now 2 days later it's barely working. I assume it will completely stop functioning in the next couple of days. Then I bought a small dab rig, as soon as I got home I noticed a tiny crack on it. Nothing terrible but just frustrated he made me feel uncomfortable I just wanted to get out of there. Not worth going back to try and fix my $12 torch. And the prices are whatever he wants them. He looks at a price tags then lowers it. Then when he rings you up, it's HIGH again. What a great group of people that work in and run this store! They carry discounted cigarettes and tobacco & smoking supplies. I went in to purchase an industrial ash tray or cigarette urn for my office I walked out with $100.00 worth of stuff and an even better attitude than I walked in with which we all know rarely EVER happens! They have a hilarious quarter machine which is a bit of a gamble but I won btw :) and everything I got was way below regular retail price as I know it! Highly advised to visit this spot!! read more
