They are condescending when you ask them questions and they are rude when you bring forward any type of concerns regarding any of their products. If you want to be insulted and called names and want pieces that either come broken or with missing parts, come to this place. If you want helpful customer service with knowledge employees, I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere. Their awfully disrespectful murals of the late great Kobe Bryant and Nipsey Hussle are reasons enough to not come here. if I could give negative stars I sure the F*** would. They have a website online carts store.com that I tried purchasing THC carts from. Their website says free 48 hour shipping. But after you pay, the shipping co writes you saying that you have to pay an original $170 discreet shipping fee that's "refundable upon delivery" only. But this place won't answer back to get a refund, so I stupidly pay the $170 since it is THC. Then they write back saying that it's actually $370 for shipping. All this Apple Pay so no backsy's on payment. Another stupid thing I did, I know. And no response from this place during all of this. So I don't recommend this F****** place to anyone. read more

Stopped by here on my lunch hour because I needed to buy some coils. The store was locked up and dark, with no indication of when they might be open again.
