Bought a Stiiizy battery that did not work. Wasn't too upset just wanted to get a replacement or even the smaller battery which is cheaper because they were out of the big one. The lady who was there was the rudest person ever. She straight up ruined my whole experience there by basically accusing me of stealing the battery and telling me to come back when her boss comes back whom she said was sick. Was excited to come here at first since sherry was nice, but this lady was so rude it ruined everything. Went to the sandbox right after and they actually gave me one that works and the guy gave me a discount after he heard that the yellow smoke shop wouldn't exchange or refund me. read more
