She ignored my comment and simply told me to have a seat for my pedicure. Later, she came back and said my pedicure was ready. I again mentioned that no one was answering the phone. Her response was that they were busy and couldn't answer it. However, while I was sitting there, I noticed the phone was not ringing at all--it appeared to be on silent. This gave me the impression that answering calls is not a priority because they rely on regular customers and walk-ins. While I understand salons can get busy, customer service and communication still matter. Because of the owner's mannerism, tone, and dismissive attitude, I will not be returning to this salon. Based on customer service alone, I would rate this experience a zero.

I don't remember my masseuse name but she was a bit older near retirement age possibly. After disrobe the table is heated which was nice cause room was bit cold. I requested back & calves for areas to address, she started w warm/hot compress, then oil, then into massage. There was bit of small talk as work done but I think dozed off as it was all very relaxing. When she finished my response was "that was fast" and she says it always is. It would've been great if the thermostat was set a few degrees lower. They also have a coffee machine and water which is a great added touch. She was kind and we made small talk. I was very specific with what I asked for--I wanted to keep as much fullness as possible. While my eyebrows are nice, I'm not a huge fan of them. They are thinner than what I prefer.
