In 2015, it was rated the best pizzeria in the United States on TripAdvisor. Julianna's Pizza is famous for its thin crust, coal fired pies. In 2025, Juliana's expanded outside of New York, opening a location in the NORA District of West Palm Beach. I was exploring NORA when I was invited in by the welcoming hostess for Happy Hour. Those are two of my favorite words in the English dictionary so it wasn't too hard to persuade me to come in. The Happy Hour menu is offered Monday through Friday 4-6 PM. It includes soup, salad, pizza, meatballs, wine by the glass, draft beer, and cocktails. As far as Happy Hour menus go I find it to be extremely generous. It is dine in only but you can sit at any table in the dining room, not just the bar. I settled in and was treated to a first class experience. It started with an excellent Old Fashioned followed by the meatballs and medium Margherita pizza. The service, cocktail, food, atmosphere, all were five stars. I was dining alone and was made to feel so welcome by the staff. It was more than I could eat and that is when I learned that Patsy does not believe in pizza boxes. My pizza slices were sent home with me in a paper bag. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my visit and I look forward to trying more of the menu.

The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and everything just feels clean, modern, and well put together. We started with a fresh salad w mozzarella and salami. Then the pizza came out... and it completely exceeded expectations. We got two pies -- one gluten-free and one regular -- and both were outstanding. The gluten-free pizza was done perfectly (which is rare), with great texture and flavor -- didn't feel like you were missing out at all. But the real standout was the square white pizza with mushrooms and meatballs. That thing was unreal. Perfectly crispy edges, soft inside, rich cheese, and packed with flavor. Honestly, for Florida pizza, this was next level. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and actually care about execution. Service was great, everything came out smoothly, and the entire experience was top tier. Easy 10/10. Definitely a go-to spot -- will 100% be back.

All very delicious. Then we shared a square pizza (yes, squares taste better); half pepperoni and mushroom, and half pepperoni, red onion, olives and arugula. There were countless Mmmms and we ate every bite. The space is stunning and the service was terrific. Why more can you ask for?!

The restaurant itself is beautiful. Nice place for an Italian date night. The majority of the restaurant is indoors but the cool part is that then it connects to an open outdoor area so it just feels like a huge open space. If you've been to Louie Bossi in Fort Lauderdale, this is like the sister. For my choice of drink, I decided it was an espresso martini type of day. As our appetizer, our waiter recommended for us to try the "Coccoli Fritto" which is little breads to fill with fresh ricotta and prosciutto. It was delicious. The bread was warm and toasty and then filled with ricotta and prosciutto?! Utter perfection while being simple. For my entree, I tried the "Tagliarini al limone" long pasta. It was unique and tasty. Be advised it does have pistachios (which I loved) if you have a nut allergy. I would definitely order this pasta again. The service was quick and efficient and our waiter was very nice and helped with recommendations. I wish I catched her name but she was wonderful. If you are in for extra fun, they do have a rooftop bar called "Capri" where you can also order appetizers or pizzas. It comes with a perfect view of the Marina.

The best part of the meal was the bread and olive oil they gave us in the beginning of the meal. Bread was warm, crackly crust. Set the tone for the evening, but unfortunately the other food wasn't as great. Would still revisit for the ambiance and energy tho!
