A nice afternoon to sit outside especially now that season is over and you can get in many places without a reservation now. Everything was very good the service was attentive. It was hotter outside but I was able to get a table in the shade. Inside seemed a little loud and dark so I have to sit outside even though it was hot. If you come over to the island make sure that you are paying to park. You don't want to catch a parking ticket. The parking attendance are out there even on the weekends giving out tickets.

6/23/25- A very memorable pre- 70th Birthday Celebration for me! My family asked me where I wanted to go and of course I said one of my favorite restaurants "Pizza Al Fresco" Worth Avenue and Palm Beach-what's not to love ! I absolutely love this restaurant! The service team was amazing as always! I don't remember all their names but one amazing young man was Alan ! Always attentive and professional! In 5 years since I moved back here-they have always exceeded our expectations! We usually sit inside.. the inside and outside is Magical! Looks like a true Mediterranean paradise! The service is 5 Stars and if I could give 10 Stars I would! The food is fresh and delicious! The Calamari, the burrata and prosciutto and meatball appetizers are fresh, and beyond delicious. All are enough to share for a table of 4! Definitely order at least one of these... The mushroom pizza we always order with extra cheese and it comes out piping hot, crispy on the bottom and creamy and cheesy on top! To die for... The Bolognese sauce is just like Nonna used to make.. definitely homemade from scratch! They made it on linguine for my Brother in Law! Another huge portion! They will customize their menu for you.. I always add the side dish of escarole with beans and olive oil! It's a huge portion also enough to share.. (but I didn't- ) Delicious! We also had the Caesar Salad-also a huge portion! Definitely don't leave without having their tiramisu! It's definitely homemade and creamy and delicious! Also enough to share! Take it to go if you are too full to eat.. Trust me! If you are looking for a Magical Mediterranean Extremely Affordable dining experience on the Island of Palm Beach put "Pizza Al Fresco" in your weekly night out rotation! Open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week! You will thank me!

Pizza Al Fresco in Palm Beach is a hidden gem in the midst of Worth Avenue. My husband and I shared a Napolitana Pizza and a Pollo al Limone. The food was amazing. We also had an espresso martini which was yummy. Finally, we shared a tres leches which was okay. The place looked amazing with string lights around the many trees of the outdoor courtyard setting. As it got darker, it looked even more beautiful. The waiter and servers were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall a great experience.

From the start, awesome. The staff, service and food were all 10/10. We started with Moscow Mules, they came out in a glass instead of the signature mug but hey, at least it tasted right. We decided to try a few different items just to get a taste of things. We ended up with a Hawaiian pizza, that's fresh prosciutto and fresh pineapple.. Soooo good, an eggplant lasagna that was probably one of the best I've ever tasted without meat and we tried the sautéed spinach with was perfection. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I had some black substance floating in my drink, the waiters saw me fiddling with the glass and immediately came over to apologize and bring me a fresh drink. Would come again and would recommend. We sat in the outdoor patio area, didn't go inside at all or see the restrooms but from my view everything was very nicely cleaned and well kept. The ambiance was beautiful and there was a lot to see as we talked about the structure and buildings. Very nice .

Stumbled upon this cute restaurant while shopping in palm beach for lunch! Had the fresh burrata which was amazing and the truffle pizza which I forgot to take a picture because it smelled so good! Margarita was served in a large margarita/martini glass and was delicious. Service was great and attentive. Deff be back soon for the rest of the pizzas

Make sure to peak in the door and check out Mona Lisa the famous pig who's back door is in the courtyard of the restaurant

Was a great place to watch while visiting Palm beach with kids. Had a laid back vibe and a menu suited for both adults/kids. Highly recommend sitting outside if weather permits.

Spontaneous decision to lunch at Pizza Al Fresco was brilliant. Rarely order snapper, but their pan-sautéed filet is flaky and delicious. Service was attentive and it was a lovely, albeit windy afternoon to dine in their European feel courtyard.

The cocktails were amazing (the one with Desert pear and compari - i dont remember the name - was exceptional). We got the grilled carrots appetizer and clams. Those. Carrots. Perfectly charred, incredibly delish. The clams more than made up for the subpar mussels I had elsewhere the night before, too. My husband got the BBQ pizza and was very happy - both for dinner, and for the next day's lunch. I got the chicken parm, and also had plenty for a large lunch the next day. (and the green beans that came with were also JUST the way i like them - not overcooked, garlicy, and delish). Zero complaints. We won't be able to navigate a second visit this trip, but would 100% put it on our to-dos the next time.

This place is a gem and the top of the mark for our week in Palm Beach thus so far.

While in Palm Beach…read morefor a work meeting, my wife and I made it a point to dine at Buccan after seeing it consistently recommended on Yelp and by locals. After one meal here, it was easy to understand why it's considered one of the most sought-after restaurants in the area. The atmosphere is energetic and vibrant without feeling overly loud, and the service was polished, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the evening. The menu encourages sharing, which allowed us to sample a variety of dishes. We started with the lobster aquachile, which was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. The lobster was tender, and the bright citrus flavors paired perfectly with the avocado and vegetables. It was a refreshing and memorable way to begin the meal. Next came the beef empanada and pork taco. The empanada was rich and flavorful with perfectly cooked beef and a crisp exterior, while the pork taco packed an impressive amount of flavor into a single bite. Both were excellent examples of why Buccan has developed such a strong reputation for its small plates. One of the highlights of the evening was the squid ink orecchiette. The pasta was perfectly cooked and coated in a rich, savory sauce that brought everything together. It was one of those dishes that makes you immediately start planning your next visit. For a larger plate, I ordered the prime beef burger, which was outstanding. The beef was juicy and flavorful, the toppings were balanced, and the fries were perfectly crisp. It may seem unusual to order a burger at one of Palm Beach's most acclaimed restaurants, but this one absolutely deserves the attention it receives. What impressed me most about Buccan was the consistency across every dish. Nothing felt like an afterthought. From the creative seafood dishes to the comfort-food favorites, every plate was executed with care and attention to detail. Palm Beach has no shortage of excellent dining options, but Buccan stands out as a restaurant that successfully combines creativity, quality ingredients, and flawless execution. If you're visiting the area, this is a reservation worth making well in advance. Recommended: Lobster Aquachile, Beef Empanada, Pork Taco, Squid Ink Orecchiette, Prime Beef Burger, and don't skip the fries. One of the best meals we had during our trip.

I talk about the "curb-to-table" experience frequently. In my former role as a Delta Air Line Captain, I recognized the curb-to-plane challenges our customers encountered. Chef Conley has created a friendly and welcoming experience from curb-to-table. It starts with the complimentary valet. Finally. Finally. I learned about our regular valet: MANNY! Manny, thank you for the kindness and safe service you have given us. You are usually the first person who takes care of the Buccan Family. You create the smile before we walk in the doors of Buccan or Imoto. Thank you. Solang' (my spelling is probably wrong and I apologize): You are such a beautiful soul. Thank you for your kind words to Laura as we left. Kindness makes a difference. While kindness is free, sincerity is priceless. Wow, I haven't even chatted about the food. We tried something new this time. After our small plates, we tried the pork chop. The mild onion and sweet rhubarb---simply stunning. Even shared, we boxed some for home. I don't care if you are watching what you eat. Close your eyes! The chocolate cookies (warmed) are a must. Period. Selfishly, I hope Chef Clay never gets a tv show. A book deal is allowed. We want this local treasure and his team to remain anchored here. Clay and his team are own foodie treasure in our back yard. But wait, there's more: Honored to watch Chef Clay modestly expand the Miami environs. He will be opening his Buccan-Imoto-Buccan Sandwich Shop experience in Coral Gables sometime in June/July. OMG, we cannot wait for this to open. Though retired from the airlines (I miss my MIA overnights), we will make the trip to celebrate these new venues. However, we will do it very quietly. We do not wish to be labeled as stalkers. Probably one of my longest reviews. I love seeing hard working people succeed. What this team does for the community is simply breathtaking. This is a true success story. Thank you Buccan-Imoto-Grato-Sandwich Shop-Stokes Barn Team!!!!

The ambiance strikes that perfect balance between fine dining and comfortable sophistication. Warm lighting, attentive service, beautifully plated dishes, and the kind of atmosphere where you can slow down and really enjoy dinner. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Some highlights from the vegan menu: * Melanzane e Zucchine -- warm zucchini carpaccio with pine nuts, crispy artichokes, and eggplant that was beautifully balanced and packed with texture * Barbabietole, Avocado e Cetrioli -- avocado, sliced red beet, cucumber, and orange vinaigrette with gorgeous presentation and incredibly fresh ingredients * Polpette di Verdure -- vegan meatballs made with eggplant, mushrooms, roasted lentils, breadcrumbs, and onions in tomato sauce. Comforting, flavorful, and one of my favorite dishes of the night * Risotto ai Porcini e Spinaci Profumato al Tartufo -- rich porcini mushroom risotto with spinach and truffle oil that felt perfect for an upscale Italian dinner And the dessert absolutely deserves its own moment. The vegan ricotta cheesecake with fresh berries and house made sorbet was outstanding. The house made ricotta had an incredibly light, creamy texture, the berries and sorbet kept everything bright and balanced, and the crust was honestly one of the best parts of the dish. Cafe Sapori also has a very extensive wine list that really elevates the whole experience if you enjoy pairing wine with dinner. What makes this place especially great is that it works whether you are fully vegan, plant curious, or dining with non vegan friends. You can enjoy a full upscale vegan dining experience while others order from the regular menu, which is what helped make Cafe Sapori such a well known and respected restaurant in the first place. Also worth mentioning: the prices felt very fair for the level of service, presentation, ingredients, and overall experience. Huge appreciation to the staff for making plant based dining feel fully integrated into the experience instead of an afterthought. Can't wait to go back.
