I am extremely disappointed in the care I received from Integrative PT of NYC. I really wanted to…read morelike it here after reading all of the great reviews, which is why I felt obligated to write this review after having such a poor experience here. My first appointment left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, however, I decided to give them another chance as it was only the first appointment. I was taken late and released early which I did not appreciate. I was told the original appointment would be 1 hour and it took roughly 35 minutes. I saw LilliAnn for my first appointment and scheduled weekly follow up appointments with her. I confirmed with the receptionist in the office that going forward my appointments would be with LilliAnn. When I showed up for my second appointment I was also taken ~10 minutes late by a man who I had not previously met or worked with at all. He informed me that my appointment that day would be with Mackenzie, and that she wanted me to get started with a particular exercise. Not only had I never heard of or even been introduced to Mackenzie, I also had never done the exercise he was referencing. I questioned as to whether or not he had the right person as I was there for my appointment with LilliAnn. He informed me only then that LilliAnn was "double booked" and that Mackenzie would be working with me that day. I found it very unprofessional that I was not informed of this the second I checked in, or honestly, notified before I even arrived for my appointment. This was especially troubling as I had been there one week before and scheduled the appointment with LiliAnn. The man then went to grab Mackenzie who seemed very bothered that I was confused as to what was going on and asking questions. She then proceeded to ask me multiple questions that LilliAnn had asked and I had answered at my FIRST appointment a week prior. I finally asked Mackenzie if I should expect to answer these same questions at every appointment, because LilliAnn had asked me the same questions just the week before. Mackenzie was very aggressive, dismissive, and right out pissed off by my question informing me that she had read my chart. She then abruptly went to the back without warning, only to come back a few minutes later to continue with my session. I also found it unprofessional that LilliAnn was present and never came to tell me what was going on. She popped out for a second, saw I was with Mackenzie and quickly ran back into whatever room she came from. Even excluding the aforementioned disaster, I was not impressed by the care or "physical therapy" I received whatsoever. Mackenzie proceeded to give me 2-3 exercises at once, told me to complete 2 sets of 12 of each exercise and walked away. She was also working with another patient at the same time as me and instructing her to do exercises as well. More than half the time I was completing the exercises she instructed I complete, she was not even in the room. All this is to say that I would think twice before booking an appointment with Integrative PT of NYC. It is not worth the time or the headache. Don't say I didn't warn you!

I had two appointments with her, neither lasted longer than four minutes, yet she managed to talk over me, belittle me, and attempt to intimidate me in that short time. At no point did she examine me or express interest in my health -- I tried explain my medical history and current symptoms while she talked over me (she offered me "injections" three times despite me consistently declining -- without specifying what kind of injection -- which was strange and frankly creepy.) It seemed like she took a genuine pleasure in talking down to me, and ultimately she told me that she "did not believe" my symptoms or medical history. She is absolutely negligent. For context, I saw her to follow up on a diagnosis I had received after a series of three MRIs (from a different hospital a few years ago in a different state) regarding chronic pain after an accident. She didn't believe that I had received any diagnosis or MRIs at all -- even though I asked her repeatedly to look at both the MRI images and read the MRI report provided by the other hospital. Since she had seen a more recent x-ray and deemed it 'clear' she decided I was making everything up -- however, the reason I had received the past MRIs is because my condition is not detectable via x-ray, and the x-ray was an insurance formality. At best, she's incompetent, at worst, this is intentional negligence and malpractice. I genuinely cannot believe anyone has had a good experience with her. I wish I had listened to the bad reviews, because I essentially paid her to gaslight me and waste my time. Another note is that she was 40 min late for our first appointment and an hour late for our second, and her waiting room was so full of patients waiting to be seen that there were not enough chairs for everyone.

I thought the consultation was unnecessary and just a waste of time. The consultation was virtual and though I filled out the questionnaire beforehand, it seems like the consultation was just asking me the exact same questions on the form. I give them place three stars only because when I arrived for the EMG, a person was before me and he was going into this building and due to the pandemic, I waited until he went in and once he was inside, I rang the bell. I rang the bell over 10x and not joking and I basically was just standing outside pressing and pressing the button. Finally on the 12th buzz, they answered and I know their bell wasn't broken, since the man before me got in without an issue. Maybe I got lucky and my bell was interrupting their chit chat. Moving on, then when I got there I was asked to fill out these forms and which I already done online, but I was still instructed to fill them out. Mind you, I am here for an EMG on my hands, so filling out these tedious paperwork just causes more issues. The man that came before me is a chatty fellow, he kept flirting with everyone and mind you he's married, but he was just chatting away, meanwhile I have been waiting here for 45 minutes already. I finally asked them how long and they were like the doctor is finishing up with another patient. They advised me on the phone that this would take up 2 hours, but meanwhile it has already been an hour, so I just think it is a bit ridiculous. I saw the Dr. Podhorodecki come out and basically told the front desk to stop with the socializing and get to work. I am thinking maybe this must be an ongoing issue especially since no one is answering the door bell. Finally after waiting over an hour, I see the nurse and she was also Polish, I forget her name, but she was really nice and I advised her I had another doctor appointment after this and wanted to see if this would really take 2 hours to conduct. She asked where my appointment was and she'll get me out in time enough for me to get there. I think the doctor and the nurse deserves 5 stars because they were both great and efficient. I didn't have a discussion of my results since it was another doctor that requested this EMG test.

The physical therapist, PAPE, was absolutely amazing. He gives quality outstanding service his clients. He is professional, compassionate, patient, Top tier customer service skills, Knowledgeable and passionate about his profession but still eager and open minded to learn more. I was having difficulty with an AOS brace my doctor recommended and he admitted he was not familiar with the brace, but he didn't give up on helping me until he figured it out and then explained it to me. I'm really sad I cannot continue working with him at Park North. This is the 2nd time in my life I've done physical therapy, and this experience left a long lasting impression on me. My first experience was nothing compared to what I've learned from Pape in a brief period of time. The world needs more people like Pape. Thank you so much.

I had a blood test done, but the result wasn't available until literally a short while after we'd returned home. We'd already been at the pain doctor's office (part of NYU Langone Health) for quite a long time, and meanwhile we got a call from the surgeon's office; I was told to go to the Urgent Care Center at this hospital immediately, since the blood test result was extremely concerning. As with my recent surgical stay here, *every single person* who took care of me (the lobby receptionist, the radiology technician, two nurses, the medical resident and the attending physician) was SUPERB. I'm continually amazed about the patience and kindness and thoughtfulness of everyone working at this hospital; it's truly incredible. We were here for about five hours, and they were all very attentive.

Thank goodness she was transferred here because this hospital is so nice and lovely. There is lots of street parking and it is a very calm area. The lobby is nice and the staff is very helpful. My husbands grandmother has been treated amazing here and they have such a great way of how they treat their patients. She was put in a private room which was nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this hospital if you have any orthopedic issues in Manhattan.
