I also did not receive any updates or communication regarding the status of the delivery. According to the company's stated policy, customers should receive a phone call if a delivery is delayed. That did not happen in my case. Timely delivery and basic communication are essential when ordering flowers, especially for scheduled occasions. Unfortunately, this service did not meet those expectations.
